About this cottage rental
Secret cottage is the perfect romantic getaway destination! for 2 people. Just 10 minutes walk to main street. It is fully self contained with open fire, spa, fully equipped kitchen with microwave ect, Full continental breakfast provisions provided. The bedroom has a beautiful white French style queen size bed electric blankets with white and silver exquisite linens, all linen and towels are provided. Butterflies for decorations and a small French chair in the corner. The bathroom has a full size corner spa with bubble bath shampoo and conditioner and soaps all provided. In the lounge is a gas open fire 50" TV DVD glass top table with 4 chairs a chilly. The lounge suit folds out to a queen size bed for upto 2 extra people at an extra cost of $30 per person per night. A lovely deck with a barbeque table and chairs for a cooked breakfast. Located down a long drive way this cottage is cute and romantic it is surrounded with a lovely cottage garden and seated area to enjoy. Off street parking.

The property was lovely, though we needed to ask for extra bedding as we weren't a couple, which was unclear from the listing. There was also no tea towel, but the host was very friendly and helpful, and brought bedding around immediately and didn't charge us the full rate for the extra - much appreciated. The spa was fantastic! And the bed very comfy.

Secret cottage is just as described. Quiet, clean and comfortable, and an easy walk to the Healesville shops. Well set up and feels spacious. Continental breakfast was very much appreciated.
Limited communication with owner as none was needed beyond prompt reply to booking.

The cottage while small was neat and had everything we needed for our stay. We stayed with our 2 daughters and found d there was still plenty of space for us all.
It's located near the town centre, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Overall it was a beautiful stay.

We had a nice two night stay. The cottage is just under 10 minute walk to Main Street, it’s a nice walk through park area along bike trail past cricket ground and outdoor pool. Cottage is basic, fine for a short stay though

Gorgeous property
This place really is divine. It's private yet only a short drive to the town centre, has everything you could need and has such beautiful decor we wanted to go home and decorate our place the same. Great communication with friendly owner. Very highly recommended.

Hidden cottage
Cottage located about 1.5km walk from centre of Healesville. Very quaint French style. Fireplace was great. No wifi available which was advised upfront but would be great addition. Appreciated continental breakfast. Coffee machine would be another good addition. Had to give spa a quick wash out before cleaning but otherwise everything was sparkling and bed very comfy. Accommodated one extra for one night on pull out bed from sofa which was appreciated. Thanks- we’d stay again as Healesville and surrounds wonderful with nearby winery’s (small vineyard short lunch on while we were there which was fun) and four pillars plus red Forrest, fromagerie and loads of walks.

We stayed 2 nights at this property and loved it. The property was kept clean, towels and bedding was included and even had little chocolates left on our towels. The breakfast choices were great! The property was in a great location and was very peaceful. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved our 3 night stay. Comfortable bed, lovely spa, colourful wildlife. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a perfect base to explore the Yarra Valley Wineries. We will be back!

We loved our stay in Secret Cottage Healeville. We stayed for 2 nights in the middle of winter and it was very cosy. We loved watching the birds from inside with the gas fire on. We ate in and cooked both nights as it was too cold outside and the facilities were great.

We loved our little escape at the cottage. With everything you need it was modern, comfy and very clean. Owner a delight to deal with and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. My three year old especially loved the little cereal boxes, feeding the beautiful birds and who could forget the hugs spa bath!! Bliss!! Thank you!!!!

Cosy and Romantic!
Stayed at Secret Cottage to celebrate my 50th (hot air ballooning over the valley). It is beautifully decorated, thoroughly clean, fireplace is lovely, bed is so comfortable we didn't want to get out, nice quiet location - will definitely stay there again!

it'scentral yet secluded location was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, with only a few minutes walk to the heart of Healsville.
the cottage itself is adorable, with a beautiful master bedroom, and modern bathroom with spa. The kitchen/living has all you need and the balcony is perfect for a morning coffee and play with the local birdlife.
