Horrible experience

Nothing

Attendant rude, would not let us in lobby. Had to wait in cold. Room would not lock. Garbage in room. Room was dirty, we could not stay. Even microwave was filthy.

There was nothing we liked. It was very unsafe, messy and unwelcoming.

Firstly the reception could not understand English. The hallways had towels in them that were covered in feasies and blood. Homeless people were trying to get our keys from us when we were checking out. Bits of timber was layog everywhere from renovations and it was generally a very unsafe and unsettling place to stay.

The staffs should improve on being patient.

Two staffs(a cleaner and one of the reception guy) invaded my privacy consecutively on my last day, it was as if they were telling me that my time was up so I have to leave. My official leaving time was not even due but I had to pack my things and leave earlier because I felt like I was being chased away from a property or sum.

Dirty, like walking through a prison down hallways, found our key card opened all doors even to other rooms, had to get keyboard redone everyday because it stopped working, bad neighborhood, couldn't get in lobby it's locked had to talk to the guy through a window

Would never stay there again even if it was the last hotel available.

Nothing besides it was cheap.

Claimed to have free wifi, the wifi was either far away or very poor quality and only lasted two days before it was gone. The bed had hair and dust in it under the made sheets. The floor had not been swept. There was no microwave in room, requested one and when it was in the room, it had no tray inside. Neighbors banged on walls, smoked and played music at all hours, even after complaining to staff about the noise and smell.

We didnt stay, and the short time I was there it was just sad. Terrible. No one cared at all.

The lady and her son clearly using the vending machines after getting in without being guests and going home.

I did not stay the night and after 6 days still have bo refund.

non existent security - didn't need key card to access building. Only one THIN blanket on the bed. Ice machine gross and non working. Doors don't shut properly. Flies in room. Woke up every couple hours, multiple times during the night.

Check-in was easy, price was as expected.

Room was visibly dirty--dirt on the floors, hair in the shower, stains on the walls, room unswept. People were smoking in the parking lot. Someone else checking in at the same time said they found a dirty thong in their room. Someone played loud music right outside our window for several hours from 10pm-midnight, and we could hear people walking around upstairs. The hotel appeared to be actively under construction, with construction materials in the hallway. Someone was walking around shirtless in the hallway and the door to the outside didn't lock. The linens seemed clean but the entire place was very run down and it was strange that basic cleanliness standards weren't being met.

There was not one thing I liked the picture on the website of the room, is nothing like reality. the bath room was super dirty tub chipped paint hairs everywhere on the floor and bed, stains on sheets, light switch no covers dirty smell the hole place was super dirty.

Worst hotel experience, ever! Cockroaches, mice and filth.

There was NOTHING to like about this property.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. None of the amenities listed in the advertisement were there (no pool, no breakfast, no working TV) The room was filthy, hair in the beds, cockroaches, everywhere, and live mice running in the hallway and bedroom!! When we went to the front office to complain, he gave us a different room that was even worse than the first. Because it was so late at night, and we did not know the area, we had no choice but to stay one night, though we had originally booked two. After checking out, two additional charges appeared on my account. One for $60, and another for $153. This was on top of the $186 that they had originally charged for the two nights. I was not able to reach anybody at the hotel, and Booking.com is taking care of my complaint. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had and I travel all over the world and have stayed in some pretty sketchy places in my life. This one was unsafe, filthy, and not at all as advertised. this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Dirty, loud all night. People knocking on the doors of rooms at 1a/2a asking about if you have any booze and or saying they are housekeeping. Rooms dirty floor in bathroom has floor rot from water from tub/shower. Etc etc

Good value but and help staff but I would be out of the "that kind" of hotel next time.

Slept well. no smoke smell. easy and easy out.

Prostitution and lot so mess-ed up people walking around waiting for people to use entry card. Pimps and prostitures in cars in parking lot. Seemed like perhaps a welfare hotel slowly rotting away

Bedsheets had hole in it, whole room was dusty and uncleaned. They didn’t even provide us towels. No toiletries were provided not even a soap for handwash. No cleanliness whatsoever, everywhere we touch or lean we could see our marks because of the dust.
