These two bedrooms share a detached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Located in bedroom 3 is also a TV and DVD player, making it an ideal bedroom for children who wish to take a break from the heat and enjoy a film, while you relax on the sundeck just outside.

The fully fitted luxury western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet your every need, complete with electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, side by side fridge/freezer, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator, blender and rice cooker.

The large living room includes a huge leather sofa with ample seating on a and a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player and cable TV. The bi-fold glass doors opening full width, make the room one with the outside, allowing tranquil views of the private pool, open space and green trees. The dining are, behind the sofa, is complete with a 10 seater dining room table, where you can enjoy local Thai food than can be prepared in your villa as you entertain at home. Baby highchairs (along with baby travel cots) can also be provided, if required.

Bathroom towels and high quality white bed linen are provided and changed regularly, and a generous supply of pool/beach towels is also provided and laundered regularly.
