Located on the beautiful bank of the Salmon River, this home is a perfect gateway for family and friends. Fishing season is here and this cozy retreat a perfect way to end a fantastic day of fishing the Salmon River! Enjoy the 180 degree view from inside the home as well as from the spacious deck that overlooks the river! This home is within walking distance of shopping, grocery store, restaurants and local nightlife. Enjoy world premier white water rafting, fishing, hunting, hiking or the beautiful sandy beaches of the Salmon River!

We loved the house and location. Had a chance to meet up with the kids and had some much needed quality time with them. The house was so inviting and comfortable and the pictured do not do it justice. The outside views were wonderful. Thank you for letting us be your guests.

Stayed in Riggins at the VRBO on the Salmon River. It was very clean, comfortable, restful, quiet, nice neighborhood, beautiful view of river, Watched deer, eagles, birds from the deck. Ate all meals on the deck, has huge picnic table. Even room for a 2 person tent.

This little house is absolutely perfect! Excellent location, very comfortable, beautiful views. We had 6 guys stay here for 2 nights. If we ever get a chance to come back to Riggins, we will definitely be staying here.

The pictures don’t do this property justice! Great place, overlooks the Salmon River. Home had everything we needed, we utilized the bbq for sure! Will be back next year. Host was great.

Not fancy but cozy. A nice location over looking the river. Back deck is a great spot to chill and listen to river. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Would stay here again!

I’ve stayed here multiple times and will continue to look here as my go-to spot when visiting the area. It’s clean, it’s quiet, it’s got all the conveniences of home. It’s a hidden gem right on the river (love the sound of the water!) with a nice sized lawn and a deck set up for enjoying a riverside cup of coffee in the morning and glass of wine at night. I always have a wonderful visit here!

We had a wonderful stay in Riggins! The property was clean, well-appointed and everything we were expecting. The patio overlooking the river made for fantastic morning coffees and evening cocktails. Check-in was a breeze. Thank you Alita for a fantastic respite!

We enjoyed our stay at Alita’s. We loved the view from the deck/porch. It was so peaceful. We saw a boater, some rafters. We even saw a 10 (?) point buck at the neighboring house! We walked to dinner/restaurants/grocery store. It was a wonderful spot for our family of 4 to call home base while we explored McCall, the Salmon River (Mountain River Outfitters Rafting & Fishing, and explored the area. Recommend this spot!!

Amazing Setting!
We stayed here to celebrate my 60th birthday. Very relaxing enjoying a cold drink on the deck while watching the rafters go by and an occasional visit with deer. This place is located in a fantastic setting above the river. The restaurants and grocery store all are within walking distance and highly recommended one of the many local Jet boat rides!

Great Place - My go-to Riggins Rental
Always love staying here as it’s clean, has all the necessary amenities, fenced yard, and of course it’s right on the river. Easy check-in and check-out process, nothing complicated about it. This is my go-to place for sure whenever I come to the area.

We had an excellent stay in Riggins at this location and plan to request again for next WWB season.
The location was beautiful, it was very clean, everything was plentiful and provided that we could have needed. We enjoyed that the house was set back from the road but within walking distance of everything we needed.

My girlfriends and I had a great time. We rafted the salmon. Only issue was our stay was too short. We will come again. I would encourage more comfy seating on front deck.

We were in Riggins to go whitewater rafting and ended up staying two nights at this rental. EVERYONE in our family loved this location, view, cleanliness, and experience staying here. Booking was easy and access to the property was just as easy. Sitting on the deck at night, listening to the river, looking at the stars and telling stories with the kids was our favorite part of our time staying there.
