Light, bright and cozy 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom Destin, Florida beach condo vacation rental by owner. All of the comforts of home available to you in your home away from home.
My Condo is a clean, updated, spacious alternative to a hotel room. With one queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size futon sofa bed in the living area, it can sleep 4-5 comfortably. My little vacation space is full of value. Complete with a fully stocked kitchen, full living area with smart tv, full reclining sofa, futon sofa, comfy relaxing chair and ottoman. The dining area has pub table seating for four and there is additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. There are 2 bathrooms, one full off the bedroom and one half off the dining area. Free WiFi provided.
My Beach Condo is a second floor unit that sits on a small fresh lake, so you are steps away from water, no matter where you turn! From the beautiful powder soft sand beaches that Destin is known for, to the stocked fishing and turtle pond or one of the 3 swimming pools (one heated seasonally) are available to all guests, you are sure to have plenty of water fun on your next family vacation.
The gated condo community offers 3 pools, one heated seasonally, tennis courts, pickle ball and community laundry. a The location is close to beaches, restaurants and family entertainment. The closest beach access is June White Decker Park, 0.8mi, next to a local restaurant favorite, "The Back Porch". Henderson Beach State Park, ranked in the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the USA, is 1.5 mi. The condo is located between the Emerald Coasts largest water park, Big Kahuna's and The Track, arcade and go carts. You are just a stroll away from many family-fun activities, entertainment, restaurants and shopping.

It was nice! The pool area was clean and the room itself was clean. I feel like the listing might have been a little misleading about the distance from the beach. Not that it was far, but the walking distance is much longer. Overall the trip was amazing and in a great area.

Great location! Kelly was very helpful and responded quickly to messages or questions. She made sure to have all our check-in information available the day before so I was able to read over all of them. The place had all the amenities that we needed included WiFi. There are beach chairs and wagon available if you need it. The place was clean and bed comfortable. We would stay again! Thanks Kelly!

Pros: The place was clean, had all the basic amenities we needed for our short stay (dish soap, towels, toilet paper, kitchen cutlery, ect.) there were even beach towels and chairs available for us to use which came as a huge help! The neighborhood was quiet and pretty.
Cons: While it was within walking distance to a few restaurants and places, it wasn't quite as close as I had hoped and the walk was lots of times along the small highway that runs through. If you plan on cooking there make sure to bring your own knives, because the set provided there is useless.

Kelly was great! I called to let her know we we coming in town a day earlier than expected and asked if the property might be available. Unfortunately it was not; however, she was very generous in getting the property ready as quickly as possible the next morning and messaged me to let me know the room was ready whenever we were. The property was nice and pretty quiet. The location was ideal as it was close to pretty much anything you wanted to get to... Beach, restaurants, etc. Conveniently there is a Waffle House right outside the gated community and within walking distance from the condo. My favorite part, there is also a frozen custard place literally right outside the gate... Before you even get to Waffle House. Needless to say, we had dessert every night LOL! We only stayed a couple nights, but sure wish we had longer to stay. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything Kelly!

I enjoy the place, my 12 years old love it too. Perfect for 2 or 3 nights. If you’re gonna stay more than that be aware the washer and dryers are in a shared building.

My two sisters and I wanted to have our first girls trip as adults and wanted to travel to Destin! We really loved the place and it’s really close to a bunch of stores and even has a custard shop right outside the gate! It was very clean and it has a very nice shower. I would gladly come here again!

Accommodations were clean and within minutes of beach, commons for shopping or food. We did use the pool our first night. Plenty of parking for truck/trailers. Overall a great experience for my family.

The place is jusf as pictured. Everything is so close by. You can walk to chick fil a thats how close it is as well as a frozen custard shop thats very popular in Destin and is right there. Only thing I would suggest is a bathroom mat. Other than that the place was perfect it does get very cold especially the living room.

This place is very convenient. It has all the amenities you need for a short stay. Just a short walk to souvenir shops, food, the beach. There were multiple pools on site which was nice. I would recommend.

Nice comfy stay. I would bring extra blankets/sheets and towels if staying a week or more. Only thing is master bathroom doesn’t lock and needed bathroom rug when you step out of shower. Everything else was a perfect stay for our group. A/C was working great nice and cool. We would stay again.

Very Pleasant Stay
We were skeptical upon entering because we couldn't find the condo, but once we found it, it was pretty simple. Everything was extremely clean and set for comfortablilty. My only con was that there wasn't a balcony and some things around the condo could use a little bit of remodeling. Overall I would would surely recommend this place to others. Great proximity of the Harbor Walk and plenty of great restaurants and attractions.
