Have you ever had your head drilled?

There is a shop on the first floor with everything that needed to live in the apartments. Nice room design and parking spot.

This appartment have a BIG problem with soundproofing. Have you ever feel when somebody drilled your head? That's what happens when you are trying to sleep and somebody is moving the chair in ANY room in the hotel. Also we had a crazy Chinese family which moved furniture till 2 am and the hotel tried to solve this problem 5 times. They have to move them to different room on the next day, but our night was totally broken.

Fantastic accommodation just a short walk from the slopes.

This is our second visit here and we were once again not disappointed. The reception desk is manned 24/7. The staff are lovely and always greet you with a smile. The facilities are great and very clean. The onsite shop is a bonus and very well stocked. The boot room is spacious with excellent lockers. Access to the slopes from here is just a short walk away.

Lovely apartments but very poorly equipped to be 'self catering'

Decorated to a high standard throughout. Staff friendly, excellent ski locker room.

For self catering apartments they are very poorly equipped. We didn't even have a kettle/toaster/utensils. We were told to boil water in a pan and do toast in the microwave?!? Nothing really in the apartment to cook anything only cutlery and crockery supplied so we ended up having to eat out. Shop onsite is well stocked but silly prices!

Great hospitality, service, conditions and value. Would definitely recommend for a snow vacation!

Everything was excellent, the staff was really helpful and kind. The apartment was superb with all the necessary amenities. The location is very good with a nearby access directly to the slopes and proper storage for the equipment.

Location was great, about 200 yards to slopes. Staff very friendly. Lovely clean spacious apartments. Nice reasonably priced bar.

great location, modern and clean. supermarket well stocked and very convient . ski lockers were clean and dry and in a great location.

could have done with a toaster in the room and its a shame the bar in the hotel doesn't open until 5pm. they also ran out of rum!

Absolutely brilliant place, friendly staff, relaxing environment and very close to the slopes.

This place was absolutely immaculate, so happy we chose to stay here and we couldn’t rate it more highly if we tried! loved the little shop at the front too which was so handy and convenient. The rooms were spot on, really modern and with all the little bits you need for a long trip.

we thought the cleaning services to wash your clothes was a little pricey and there was no spa facilities, however we knew that before coming but considering how physically demanding snowboarding is maybe a sauna would be a great addition.

Apartament was very clean ,big and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly,they were great with any type of things we were looking for. Definitely recommend. We will be back next year 🙂.

Pleasant

Towels when not changed on a daily and instead only changed once during a 6 night stay. When I requested towels I was only given two, the room was for 4 people. Bins were also only emptied once during our stay. In my opinion it’s not good enough.

As a party of 10 we found the best apartments in Pas . we had the best holiday and cannot thank the hotel staff enough .

The apartments are quality, well equipped , excellent locker rooms , very spacious , exceptionally clean and well located. We have stayed many times in Pas but these are the best apartments in the resort by far . The supermarket on site is wonderful with everything you need and the staff in the hotel are so welcoming. and friendly . The hotel bar is very well priced too . We could not have asked for more in all honesty. and we will always stay here if we visit again .

Brilliant place to stay, with excellent facilities and great access to the slopes.

24 hour reception with great friendly, helpful staff. Very modern facilities with an excellent communal area and well stocked on site shop. Comfy beds and great shower. Great boot room and a short walk to the slopes. Exceptionally clean.

The room had a coffee maker, which was great and the shop sold a variety of pods for it, but not for a tea drinker so we bought a kettle. No biggie, but we would have preferred a kettle and will take it back with us when we return next year.

Very elegant, polite and helpful staff. Generally all friendly. Slope is 30 m behind the hotel :)

Clean, nice, 24h open reception, good shop downstairs, with hot bread, comfortable ski room :)

There is generally not much parking places in the hotel and in the city.
