Aassolutamente deluso. Colazione pessima, poi le cialde caffe a pagamento mai visto in giro.

Personale gentile e disponibile

In ordine di importanza: 1) letto matrimoniale con materasso memory troppo morbido, svegliato con terribile mal di schiena. (però la morbidezza del materasso è una cosa personale) 2) le cielde del caffe oltre le due erano a pagamento con una macchinetta a monete che non ho mai visto nei B&B visitati in vita mia 3) i prodotti della colazione scadenti, marca da discount per latte, yougurt, etc.

Soggiorno piacevole. Consigliato

Host molto cordiale, comunicazione rapida e checkin molto flessibile. Camera piccola ma calda e curata. Stanza e intero appartamento pulito. Ricchissima scelta di cibi per la colazione.

Purtroppo un bagno non era sufficiente, forse c’erano diversi ospiti, ma risultava sempre sempre occupato. Su booking diceva possibile che al cane fosse applicato un supplemento ma in descrizione nulla. Dal momento che l’host è contattabile solo a prenotazione fatta, questo aspetto lo chiarirei in modo visibile per potere valutare la scelta.

Estancia confortable para compartir.

Las habitaciones eran amplias, estaban muy limpias, y tenían detalles como un calentador de agua, botella de agua, infusiones y bombones que se agradece muchísimo y te sientes más acogida. Y lo que marcó la diferencia fue el detalle de las 3 toallas, una para el cuerpo, otra para el pelo y otra para las manos.

Boa qualidade/preço, localização central

A localização é excelente, fica muito perto de Pisa (20 minutos), Florença (1h), Luca(30 minutos). Do aeroporto de carro 15 minutos. A proprietária muito atenciosa, e o pequeno almoço razoável para a qualidade/preço.

Não ser permitido estacionar dentro da propriedade

Mohu jedině doporučit.

Čisté, klidné ubytování. Vyzvednutí klíčů proběhlo jen s telefonickou instruktáží majitelky (čas příjezdu může být díky tomu velmi variabilní). V ceně byla snídaně (nezávislá na čase, ve stylu "dodělej si sám").

Wifi vypadávala, ale i přesto stačila na přehrání filmu.

Agréable séjour pour une nuit de passage

Nous avons apprécié la propreté et la beauté de cet établissement, l'accueil et le petit déjeuner.

Pour cet établissement, il a fallu partager la salle de bains et la cuisine avec d 'autres locataires car il y a plusieurs chambres soient 4 il me semble pour partager petite cuisine et sdb. Pour nous tout s'est très bien passé, chacun étant parti ou ayant utilisé sdb et cuisine à des moments différents.

Alles in allem hat es gut gepasst

War nur für einen Zwischenstopp nach der Fährankunft gedacht und dafür reicht es auch vollkommen Das Zimmer, Bad und Küche war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet und der Fährhafen ist nicht weit entfernt Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und reichhaltig. Man sollte aber bedenken für weitere Mitbewohner etwas übrig zu lassen besonders wenn alle Zimmer belegt sind

Die Parkplätze waren am Samstag Abend in der Umgebung eher Mangelware weil ein größerer Parkplatz in der näheren Umgebung wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt war War aber dann doch nur ein 10 Minuten Fußmarsch, ist aber für Gehbehinderte Menschen ein Problem

very noisy, would not stay here again

host was lovely and helpful (spoke very minimal English)

it was extremely noisy. our room was by the bathroom and the plumping sounds through to the bedroom at all hours, this made our stay VERY uncomfortable. bed sheets were clean but very very worn- need replacing.

Super and friendly!

Nice host, very friendly. Super easy check in. We could use the hotel pool until very late. Pretty decours, nice and spacious room. Clean. Good wifi. Everything was good.

Great place and host

The room was great, bathroom and kitchen clean. The place is close to the center, and 25m walking from terrace on the seacoast. The host hours for checking in and out we're flexible and the host available. We had a great time in Livorno
