A very comfortable stay in a great location

It’s location

We asked for a small fold up bed or bed guard for our 3 year old but there was nothing there. The dishwasher didn’t work ( which was reported) The apartment though lovely could have had few more homely touches eg cushions, rugs. it did feel very clinical.

Would recommend- it’s a fabulous place to stay and feels central while being safe and calm

The location is fabulous, the apartment is very spacious and has a luxury feel to it, and the check in/out is easy and works well.

The air cooling system doesn’t seem to make a difference even when instructions are followed to make it more effective - the main rooms are easier to cool by opening the windows but one of the bedrooms remained at 27-29 degrees for three days.

Location is amazing yet improvments are needed

The location and the flat itself was amazing well decorated and alot of privacy yet right at the heart of covent gardens close to underground. Recommend coming at winter not summer.

The only major downside is that no one is there when you need something you need to contact via chat and there is no air condition in the flat it was very hot days and the temp was 27 degrees in the room all day long and night we had to sleep naked untill we asked for extra fans and using all of them it was 24 degrees at night which was better but not comfortable. Considering the price they should think on upgrading to air con. Lastly the kitchen has no equipment to make food so you cant make an omlette only one deep cooking pan and that is all for breakfast cooking pan is needed.

Exceptional

Excellent quality fittings for a rental property. Quiet and very spacious. Home from home. Central Covent garden location. Impressive all round

Very small issue which had no significant impact on my stay overall....One blind in the living room could not be closed. This left me feeling a bit exposed in the evenings.

Fabulous

The unit was huge for Covent Garden, newly renovated, clean, and had every amenity you could possibly want was inside. The location was just outside Covent Garden market and very close to 2 tube stations. It was a fantastic unit!

This is one of many apartment hotels managed by the company Sonder. You have to ask the company for any help instead of a landlord, so it can be slightly delayed and impersonal. I didn't have a UK sim card when I arrived and they had changed the access code while I was in transit. Luckily the family staying next door were very kind and helpful and allowed us to use their phone. The representative on the phone was helpful. Also I was denied early check in (by 2 hrs - 2pm requested vs 4pm standard check in) because "there is a guest before you", however our next door neighbors told us they hadn't seen anyone come by after the cleaners left 2 days prior, so that was disappointing to find out.
