Flat 1 is a lovely ground floor apartment with an ideal situation in the centre of Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Comprising two bedrooms; a king-size double and a twin, this cottage sleeps four guests. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an electric stove. Outside is off-road parking (small car) in the garage at the rear and an enclosed south-facing private gravel garden area with furniture. Flat 1 is a delight to stay the year-round.
Amenities: Gas heating with electric stove. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking (small car) in garage to the rear of cottage; additional roadside parking nearby. Enclosed south-facing gravel garden area at rear with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 10 mins walk. Note: This property has a private water supply.
