Exceptional

Top facilities, very well equipped. Grill, pool and kids pool a few steps away. Apartment has it's own little private garden with table and chairs.

Not the most exciting neighborhood in terms of restaurants and shops.

We like this place and we were here many times in last 8 years. The place is partially owned by the resort and partially by the private individuals. This time we were accommodated at the private appartment, which brought some unpleasant surprises. The place is nice, but not good and prepared for a long family holiday, how ever we can recommend it for 3-4 days stay.

This place with many apartments is partially owned by the major resort owner and partially by the private individuals. This time we were accommodated at the "private appartment". Looks the owner of this appartment is more business oriented than customer oriented person. We were here for 18 days long stay but still the owner tried to explained us that it is not needed to exchange any towels. Also he explained that in his "4 star" apartment we should buy the toilet papers on our own and if we need the exchange of the towels, we could wash them on our own in his washing machine. He also does it himself, he mentioned. After our discussion he promised us one cleaning of the apartment if we pay another cleaning of the apartman on our own for EUR 50,-. We had to pay this in cash immediately to him. This cleaning service was however very lousy and we had to complain at the reception of the house, but not much help. After this "cleaning" the floor was full of dust, nobody tried even to use the vacuum cleaner, so we did it also on our own after all, even if we extra paid this service. The equipment of the apartman was a bit old, dish washer was not able to clean the dishes at all, we had to wash the dishes by hands the complete time. The hot water was sometimes here, sometimes not, the owner just promised to send someone to fix the water heater, but nobody came. WiFi internet was impossible to use at all, as it was very slow or not able to get the connection at all, we used our mobile internet instead. But nevertheless, the owner visited our apartment with excuse, that he needs to send some private emails from our kitchen as we have the best internet in there.... Probably he was curious about our way of staying... SO in short, -Very cool and nice place, -but very low standard of the service and equipment, especially when we compare to the service provided in the other apartments of this resort by the major resort owner.

We were living in the appartment during 1 month in 2022. Our expirience: - beautiful yard with the swimming pool - playground for children - modern design of apartment - nice staff

- The Internet quality is very bad: speed is low 1-2 mb, and connection is not stable - it interrupts every 15 minutes. If you plan to work - it is impossible. - Cleaning service served the appartment only 1 time during the month, which is rare, and we had to clean the appartment by ourselves. - Dishwashing machine didn't work, and we had to wash everything manualy, which was not expected for family of 5 - we were looking initialy appartments with the machine. - In this district a lot of construction works happen around, which start at 7:30 every morning even on Saturday, and you have to wake up this time, because you just can't sleep with the noise.

Great family stay!

Very nice appartment resort, new spacious appartment with large terrace. The swimming pools perfect for kids and relax. Many nice beaches within 5-15 minutes car ride.

There was an issue in one of the bathrooms that took quite long to fix. Everything else was perfect.

Apartment was spacious, big fridge, all necessary equipment.

Apartment is in the middle of nowhere. Far from the beach (about 1 km) and far from Poreč center (about 4 km). The beach is small and rocky with stones, definitely need swimshoes, no shade. You can rent sun beds for 5€ per day. The center and old town was nice, lots of shops and cafes. Been to Rovinj, it's old town was even more impressive. The apartment was modern and spacious, but in the front the is the construction are and the noise was disturbing. On the other day all day long there were workers that cut the bushes and the grass, noise and fuel smell and there was not possible to relax by the pool, and they even went to our private yard next to the door to cut the grass. The conditioner not really worked, is was blowing warm air and always showed 26-27 degrees, even we tried to lower the temperature, so it was too hot in the apartment during the day and night. Pool is used by all apartments in the building (around 20), so pictures are misleading, there are lots of people and the pool is too small for that amount of people. The bed linen was only for 4 persons, even we ordered an apartment for 5. It was brought the next day when asked.

Great place, modern, stylish and clean. We loved the apartement, the pool and also the location. Stuff was super friendly and helpful. Planning to come back next time.

Excellent relaxing stay for family with small kids

The property has all the amenities for a relaxin stay. Outside grilling place, small kids park, outdoor fitness park, swimming pools and bike rentals. The apartment is well equipped and in excellent condition. It was also spotless clean!
