About this house rental
This beautifully decorated and immaculately clean vacation home is located at one of the best locations in Ocean Beach. You're only steps from feeling the beach sand between your toes (less than a 2 minute walk!). Ocean Beach has everything a vacation should have -- surf, sand, biking, walking, relaxing. Pure fun and enjoyment. Take long romantic walks along the shore. Stroll to one of the many neighborhood restaurants and bars. Stay in and enjoy the wall mounted 60' flat screen TV in the living room or secure, high-speed WiFi internet. Create your own dine-in experience with the modern, fully equipped chef's kitchen. And after a day of exploring San Diego relax under a warm rain shower. Nighttime awaits with high thread count sheets and a top of the line pillow top mattress. We hope this will be one of the best vacations you ever had.

Please inform me if you have a service animal and I will be glad to help you find other suitable accommodations in the same area. It is an undue hardship for me to have to perform restorative cleaning to eliminate pet dander in the townhouse/garage. Please - no pets allowed.

We've been coming to OB for about 10 years, but a bit farther south; this is a less "socially busy" area, which works for us. . I didn't need to meet Connie in person, but she was very helpful and positive in communications. Friends from LA were impressed with the area--and the rental.

We recently rented this location and it was a perfect spot for SeaWorld, Zoo, watching dolphins at the beach, etc. It’s really in a great spot to get to everything and it fit our needs perfectly

This property was amazing. It was very clean, great rain shower, updated appliances. This home is very well equipped. I did not have any children with me so I can't comment on that. Location is really right across the street from the beach. Not only would I stay here again, I have already looked into the possibility for our next visit.

This is side by side units and we had the back unit. We could not have been more pleased with the unit and the location. We were across the street from the public access. The place was really clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard had a nice table and chairs to sit outside. There were beach chairs, cooler, towels, beach toys and a beach wagon to carry it all. What was really great was the off street parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

This property was exactly as listed and aligned perfectly with my expectations. This was a birthday trip, and the location was absolutely perfect and close to all the things I wanted to do and see. The condos are all in very close proximity to each other, but you couldn't tell once inside. The space was perfect and clean, and the host was available to answer any questions. Would definitely return.

Location is amazing, appreciated having beach toys for our toddler, space is as advertised. Connie was a wonderful host and very accommodating in light of the severe weather San Diego experienced during our trip. Highly recommend!

Great little house perfect for a beach trip! We didn’t drive the whole visit. Nice driveway parking so you are off the street. Close enough to walk everywhere you need to go around the beach. Having a key pad entry made it nice not to worry about a key while at the beach. The outside shower and hose made it nice to wash sand off before going inside. Great location! Enjoyed our relaxing time away.

We loved staying at this great little spot just seconds from the beach. It's walking distance to everything in/near Newport Ave. The place has been well maintained and updated and we were provided ample blankets, towels, etc. The owner was very communicative before our stay, which was nice.

My husband and I came here on a family vacation for a beach getaway with our 4 boys ages 10-16. The property could not have been better. The location was awesome, the property was exactly as described and we had everything we possibly needed. It was also very clean!! Connie was amazing. I highly recommend Connie and her property! We will definitely be back! Not one negative thing to say.

This beach house was perfect for us. The location, was perfect as close to the beach and shops/restaurants. The decor was gorgeous and so comfortable. They thought of everything we could possibly need. The private patio always topped off the evening so nicely. I highly recommend this cozy beach house.

We had a semi-last minute trip to visit a sick relative. We found this property in San Diego and it was available. It was perfect! It was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed (and more). When we had questions, the owner/manager was very responsive and had an answer. We will look for other properties they own and use them again! Plus, if we return to San Diego, we would stay at the same home. It was across the street from the beach. It was a quiet location. It was close to eating, gas, and activities. It had all we needed! Thanks for a great experience and the perfect property for us!

My wife and I stayed here for three nights with a 5, 2, and almost 1 year old. We loved it and it worked well for us! There is a lot of glass furniture but as long as you watch the kids it’s not a problem and adds a nice a touch to the appearance of the place. It’s a very short walk to the beach and not far from the pier. We also liked the short drive to sea world as it didn’t put us back late to the place after being gone all day. The kitchen was very well stocked and has anything you should need to cook. There was also plenty of extra towels, rags, and even soap and shampoos. The boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels were a wonderful extra touch and we appreciated having them to use. The beach right by the house had a lot of homeless beach bums but still was okay for walks. We spent a day at the beach farther north up at Torrey pines which was much cleaner but too pricey to stay close too. There is a lot of little restaurants and bars within walking distance or short drives from the house.

The location is ideal -literally steps from the beach, yet quiet. Ideal for families. Kitchen supplies are amazing. I look forward to staying there again.

Connie has a great little gem right in OB … just steps from the beach! She has thought of everything right down to providing beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards! Quiet neighborhood with lots of local restaurants! Connie is also very quick to respond to any question! We will be back!!
