Just horrible customer service all around will not stay here ever again

Views was good

The customer service was horrible we wa denied any type of room Service after 4pm due to an “event” and wasn’t given any mother the day prior when we checked and we traveling with a toddler

Fantástico lugar!

Lindo, limpio, personal muy amable, comida deliciosa. Excelentes instalaciones, vista maravillosa.

En la mañana había trabajos en el techo y nos despertamos temprano por eso. Además el hilo de colgar ropa del cuarto estaba negro de hongos. El restaurante es lindo, rico pero cierra muy temprano.

I want to go again

The fact that contacted me a week before coming was so amazed and got me extra excited

The beauty of it and the fact it was my first time there and wasn’t really aware how they worked but it was amazing I would go again… and the restaurant was also very delicious and every single staff was amazing… 🥰

Room was clean, but the elevator was out for a few hours, I had an elder with me that made him difficult to use the stairs to go down for breakfast

Beautiful property, mediocre food drinks and staff.

It was a beautiful property, all the facilities were super clean and modern. Great views of the beach, and the infinity pool was incredible.

Strict rules and weird protocols about everything. From needing a special card to exchange for a towel, to not letting my brother come help me drop off my bags because he wasn't a registered guest. Room service made the bed every morning, but they did not actually change my sheets during my entire stay. The WiFi was atrocious and was never reliable. The cocktails were so weak you could not taste any liquor at all. I believe the staff has been told to cut back on certain things to save money which is ridiculous because we paid so much money to stay there. The restaurant menus were so torn up and destroyed they need tape to hold them together.

My overall experience was great. I will most definetly be back in the next few months.

Hands down the best part of the Hotel was the staff. Everyone was truly friendly and even remembered our names and was very nice to my daughter. I do not recall everyones names but truly everyone was spectacular. The hotel also had amazing views that are one of a kind.

The main lobby is in need of some cooling or fans, it gets very hot and humid if you sit there more than a few minutes. The gym could also use some improvements like some free weights and also one of the treadmills was not working properly, the bench was deteriorating. the gold machine also was missing a pin that is used to select the weight so i was unable to use it during my stay.

Look elsewhere, Felt cheated on the stay

Architecture of the hotel

My spouse is from El Salvador, we traveled to visit his family and decided to stay here because of the “private beach” the salt water pool and location. However, we arrived a bit earlier tried to do early check in and they were charging $50 extra (although there was a room available. Additionally there was only about 3 families occupying the facilities and the place is huge ) this has never been done to me at ANY hotel in different countries nor hotel. So we decided to go eat while we wait on check in. When we get back- we were told that the beach is closed off so we can’t go to the private beach, also- the salt water pool is closed off as well. The 2 MAIN and ONLY reasons we decided to spend extra money and stay here- we did not get to enjoy the amenities. If you want to go to el Tunco where surf city is at I would suggest staying closer. You pay less and better options. Uber was impossible. Over all was not satisfied with hotel. Paid $289 for 1 night and did did not get to enjoy any of the amenities. Did not get to go to beach, did not get to go down to the main pool as it is advertised in the website. We were super disappointed with the stay it was a Waste of money. We brought it up to staff but they didn’t care. Very nice architecture building but Would not recommend whatsoever

bad hotel i will not recommend for that view much better Kinchamar

the view only to the sea

disorganized . the staff not trained. value is for luxury hotel but is very bad treatment , toilet wet everything, pool not clean , no good floor anti slippery in hotel : dangerous to fall , no good security : reception people were sleeping when we enter always hotel . gerant of hotel never eant to talk although we had siginificant complains . they dont use product for cleaning : i did habe to teach lady how to clean the room after my daughted vomit . during the night no coeaning service : the food for the marriage was awful . we came for a marraige amd stay 5 days … bad choice of hotel the only thing good was the staff who are badly treated they dont even have meal at place and the view …
