About this house rental

Clean, tidy and updated single level holiday home located in a quiet and private cul-de sac.
Sleeps 10 people, maximum 6 adults.

Situated on the Inman River estuary, this property has stunning, uninterrupted views of the Inman River Melaleuca Trees from the expansive front deck living area.
A three minute walk will lead to the beach at Encounter Bay, the boat ramp and Kent Reserve with playground facilities.

This property is located two minutes drive from the Victor Harbor town centre, or 15 minutes walk East along the safe beachfront pathway. The pathway continues West to the iconic Yilki Store and cafe right on the Esplanade. The Bluff and Whalers Inn are in walking distance further along the path, past the Beachouse Cafe and Pa's Fish and Chips.

PROPERTY FEATURES:

ACCOMMODATION - 3 Bedrooms:
1 Queen Bed
1 Double Bed
1 Bunk Room - three sets of single bunk beds (6 beds in total).

LIVING:
Indoors, the space is open planned containing a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas.
Cedar doors fold out to form a generous opening to the front deck, bringing the outdoors in.
There are two large timber decks ideal for entertaining large groups.
The front deck is 4m x 7m and the rear, covered, alfresco deck for all-weather is 7m x 7m.

WET AREAS:
One bathroom containing an open shower, bath and vanity.
Separate WC.
One laundry containing washing machine, an additional shower and WC.

OUTDOOR - Garden and Parking:
Fully fenced, expansive grassed areas front and back. The property is 1,000 Square Metres.
Two driveways available for use. Front driveway can accommodate parking for two cars. Rear driveway can accommodate additional cars and boats.

OTHER:
Reverse cycle cooling and heating.
Gas BBQ located on the rear deck.
There is a television located in the main living area.
Ceiling fans.

LINEN:
Quilts with covers and pillows are provided for every bed.
You will need to bring top and bottom sheets for each bed, towels, pillow cases and a bath mat.
We can supply linen if needed at a cost. Please enquire.

There is a cleaning fee that applies to all bookings and a security bond.

A perfect place to stay for family groups with children and friends.

Loads of room to entertain larger groups.
Outdoor living areas provide sun or shade depending on the time of day and an opportunity to sit back and enjoy the spectacular and mesmerising changing colours of the sky.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer location to spend Easter on the south coast. There was plenty of space both inside and out to relax together and the beach was a very short walk away. An easy walk into the centre of Victor meant we could enjoy the markets and other attractions. Two showers and three toilets meant no one waited for the amenities and the kitchen was well provisioned for all cooking needs. Great place and well come again!

Thanks for a great stay. The property was well kitted out and met our expectations. The location was great, with a 10-15 minute walk to shops and 5 minutes to the beach. The air con worked well in the lounge but we needed a fan in the double bedroom, otherwise we were very comfortable. Thank you.

As a family of four we shared this house with another couple and their baby. Plenty of space and great entertaining areas. 2 toilets and showers was also a bonus. When it was too hot and sunny on the back deck we moved to the shade of the front deck. We stayed over the New Year break and were amazed at how many other people were around at Victor Harbor - great vibe and plenty to do! Lots of people walking past towards the beach to view the fireworks but lucky for us we could see them from the front deck. Even though Victor was overflowing with people it was still a quiet spot, so we can only imagine how peaceful it could be at other times of the year! Thank you for sharing your home.
