About this apartment rental

The apartment is on the first floor with a veranda (on the same floor), ideal for having lunch. There is also a solarium on the upper floor equipped with covered pergola, table, chairs, deck-chairs, sofas Inside the apartment there are:
a kitchen-living room, a double room, a double room with twin beds, one bathroom and a broom closet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioner, wi-fi, fan-assisted oven, microwave oven, TV, washing machine, clothes horse,
electric iron, hairdryer. The house is recent, furnished with style and equipped with all comfort. The apartment is located in a peaceful zone and near to all public services. Infact nearby the apartment you can find many stores as butchery, bakery, pharmacy, bar, supermarket, greengrocer. The beach is only 500 meters from apartment and you can reach it by bus. The bus stop is only a few meters from apartment; bus is completely free and it runs every 15 minutes.
Check-in is allowed from 4:00 p. m. and check out within 10:00 a. m.
All consumptions are included as well as final cleaning and parking pass.
Linen is provided only if it is requested.
Apartment is ideal for families or who want to spend holidays in total relaxation.
Due to the necessity of cleanness, relationship with neighborhood and maintenance of the apartment, we rent the flat only to couples and families.

The house is of recent construction and tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts.
The area is very quiet despite being well served. In fact, nearby there are shops and commercial activities such as, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, bar, Sisa supermarket, greengrocer. The beach is only 500 meters away and can be easily reached every 15 minutes via the free shuttle bus which stops a few meters from the apartment.
Check in is from 16.00 and check out before 10.00.
Consumptions are included as well as final cleaning and car pass.
The linen will be supplied on request.
Ideal for families or for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday.
To ensure cleanliness, good relations with the neighborhood and the correct maintenance of the apartment, we only rent to couples and families.

Soggiorno ottimo in quest'appartamento ben attrezzato. Enrico è tanto discreto quanto gentile. Le terrazze e il solarium con vista sono stupendi. L'appartamento è ben situato : scheda per posteggiare gratis, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, massimo 10 dalla spiaggia 🏖 e negozi nell'immediata vicinanza. Grazie per l'accoglienza. Tante belle cose. David e Laetitia.

Wohnung mit absolutem Wohlfühlkarakter

Wir waren im September für 9 Tage in der Wohnung von Enrice. Schon als wir die Wohnung betraten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles noch ziemlich neu und sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Direkt neben der Küche ist die kleine Terrasse, auf der wir immer gefrühstückt haben. Aber der absolute Knaller ist die Dachterrasse, sie ist sehr groß und auch teilweise mit einem Sonnenschutz überdacht. Von dort aus hat man einen 360 Grad Rundumblick auf das Meer und die Berge. Es gibt 4 Liegestühle, einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und eine Lounge dort. Die Wohnung ist ca. 500 Meter vom Strand mit türkisfarbenen Wasser entfernt und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gleich um die Ecke fährt aber auch ein kostenloser Shuttlebus zum Strand, den wir aber nicht benutzt haben. Generell liegt die Wohnung schön ruhig aber auch sehr zentral zu den Geschäften für eine Selbstverpflegung. Ein toller Bäcker ist gerade mal ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Er hat nicht nur leckere Brötchen sondern auch Getränke, Lasagne, Pizza usw. Gerade mal 100 Meter weiter ist dann ein guter Supermarkt, Fischmarkt, Gemüse/Obsthändler und ein Imbiss wo man alle möglichen italienischen Köstlichkeiten einkaufen und dann in der Wohnung noch mal warm machen. Im Vorfeld hat uns Enrico alle Fragen die wir hatten schnellsten Beantwortet. Sein Bruder Claudio spricht sehr gut englisch und ist auch bei dem Check in und Check out der Wohnung dabei. Beide sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich und wir möchten uns gerne hier nochmal bei ihnen bedanken. Wir waren direkt traurig als unsere 9 Tage vorüber waren und kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal zurück.
