Kühlschrank leider ohne Eisfach, See auf Balkon nach Regen (Fliesen abgesackt) Baustellenverkehr (Baustelle Antonius-Quatier nebenan)

It's was clean and necessary items kept in place

HEATERS Heaters ware malfunctioning in the night, in 2 nights heaters are not working between 1AM to 4:30 AM, we experienced the cold up to -3 degree. And my Son and wife got sick because of this problem. Please ensure next time all heaters are work fine before you handover the rooms to customer. Thanks

It was a perfect place to stay, and if the 1st floor rentals are as well appointed, I’ll be back.

The location was great and easily walkable to “The Bermuda Triangle” for coffees and shopping. The kitchen had coffee and sugar and a nice mix of spices for cooking, but having some sort of milk for coffee would’ve been a nice touch. The apartment was HUGE and you could easily have slept 4 or more.

I never did figure out the television and how to find anything to watch in English. The other issue was the 4 flights of stairs since I have a physical disability. It was my own fault though since I didn’t mention it in my profile but will in the future.

Great place to stay and good value for money. A good alternative instead of the overvalued hotel rooms in the city.

short distance to city centre and restaurants. Free parking in the street. Nice and clean apartment.

It wasnt too obvious how to turn the heating on but reception was very helpful and helped us out straight away. A microwave in the kitchen would be good in my opinion.

This was an excellent base for us to find our way around Bochum and the surrounding area.

Self contained apartment which was clean and comfortable. Everything was there that was needed for a short break. The decor was tasteful and the apartment was extremely well kept.

Great apartment near the city centre.

Good size, modern, clean and comfortable apartment with everything I needed. Instructions were clear. I arrived late at night and left early the next day so cannot say much about the area. It is very close to the city centre and all sites.

Awesome locatioan and great apartments for smaller group of people. Would stay here any time.

Location was pretty quiet. Apartments are lean and nice.

Pillows were a bit soft for my taste. I'll bring my own next time :)
