We booked a last minute stay in Cocoa Beach, because we were looking for a beach close to Orlando. This condo at Spanish Main worked out so well! The beach and pool views were amazing. The condo was also better stocked with the basics (toilet paper, tide pods, dish soap pods, seasonings, etc) than others I have stayed at. It also had beach towels, and beach equipment left behind from other guests. The condo’s beach wasn’t crowded at all which was very nice. The condo is also within walking distance of a few different restaurants, a gas station, dollar general and liquor store. We will definitely stay here again!

This condominium is perfect! Well taken care of and so comfortable. Everything we needed was already there! Loved the view of the ocean and how close the pool and beach were. Highly recommend!

Went for girls week and the condo was very clean. It was a very nice place. Easy to communicate to rental people. Nice pool area and beach!

This condo was everything we were hoping it would be. The location to the beach was perfect. We had a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony and had comfy chairs and a table to play cards on while we enjoyed the scenery. The balcony overlooks the heated pool, which could be a drawback, but it wasn’t. Everyone seemed respectful of others and the rules. The lounge chairs at the pool are hard to come by on the sunny side, so get down there early. Our 9-year-old granddaughter had lots to do, plus we drove to Kennedy two days. The condo itself had the usual, plus lots of thoughtful extras. We could have saved room in our luggage and not brought beach towels and toys. The host thought of everything. The only tiny thing we noticed on the last night was some cigarette smoke drifting from the vent, probably from another unit. We were headed to bed early to catch our flight the next day so it wasn’t a big deal. The beach is really gorgeous here and we watched a Space X launch while here, which was thrilling! We will definitely come back.

Loved it and would definitely come back. Comfy beds. Kitchen could use more dishes (microwave safe dishes would be ideal). Plenty of beach towels were provided! Beach is so close to condo!

Communication was great and check in was a breeze. The condo was better than expected and we loved our stay. Beds were comfy and condo was well-stocked (even had essentials to hold you over till shopping could be done). View was amazing and beach was great. We arrived in time to see two launches from the Cape, as well. Put only complaint, which the owners had zero control over, were the chain-smoking neighbors on their patio. Hopefully they weren’t owners ! Would highly recommend and hope to rebook next year!

Very nice property. Pleasantly surprised to find so many quality dining options within 1 mile - particularly Luna and Flavour. Minor issues -- (1) would like water to be a bit warmer for my shower; and (2) wish the TV controls were a bit easier to figure out.

Very happy with our stay. Location was perfect. Great views from the balcony. Beach not crowded and other guests were nice. Well stocked. No ceiling fans in the unit. Owner has beach stuff available to use, which was very nice. Beach chairs are a little small for adults. Family had a great time. Would definitely come back.

Overall, it was a great stay. Condo was very comfortable, location was perfect and beach was wonderful. Building is very well kept and the property manager was responsive. Would have been nice to have beach chairs & a beach umbrella supplied. Would definitely go back or recommend this unit.

This property has a great location and beautiful views of the ocean from a spacious and shady balcony. Having booked last minute from an extended business trip we did not pack for a beach vacation. However the condo was well stocked and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including beach chairs, umbrella and cooler - everything we needed was already there.

Perfect location for beach, pool, and KSC visit. When we got there the lockbox was jammed but the property manager responded quickly with the door code so we were anole to get in. The house was exactly what we needed for a few days stay. The kitchen had everything we needed including a few seasonings and oils although i struggled to get hot water in the kitchen. Overall a cute spot for the family.

The condominium complex was in great condition pool the parking the building everything up-to-date and nice, access to beach is good 2 minute walk, plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. The condo itself was as advertised very nice clean comfortable and very good condition, updated.

We stayed at this location for the boat races the place is perfect! I loved the complex, nice pool, easy access to beach, and the place had plenty of beach towels and beach toys! The communication to the manager was quick and super accommodating! 10/10 stars!

My family and I had a great five days in this property. It was exactly as advertised. It was clean and the location right on the beach was terrific. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the ocean. The kids loved the pool too. We would absolutely rent this property again!

The kurig duo is great! Kitchen very nice and washer dryer worked well. Updated baths very nice. Twin beds not comfortable. Beach is awesome! Could use a decent vacuum as rugs are difficult with just broom. Overall a very very nice stay!

It was such a lovely, up to date, beautifully decorated condo. We wanted for nothing. The view of the ocean was magnificent and the amenities for the beach made for a very comfortable experience.What a great location, close to grocery and liquor store and walking distance to many restaurants. Would easily recommend this place to friends or family.

Located on a beautiful beach, nicely appointed two bedroom two bathroom condo, overlooks pool. Enjoyed our stay! Needs new deck furniture, perhaps high-tops like many other condos there, both for comfort and to be able to see the waves more easily over the railing. Instructions perfect, entry and departure easy, highly recommend!
