Crap.

Location was great.

My son and myself was put in a room directly above a gym. Went to reception to complain and was told that the hotel was full. So load hearing people running and dropping weights. Then when a single room became available it cost me another £550 to put my son in because it was ruined his holiday.

The staff really made our stay great and helped to overcome the lack of comfortable bedding.

The staff were the best!!! All of them so friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was more than expected and since we had family there we truly enjoyed being able to share breakfast each morning together.

The bedding was really uncomfortable. What should have been a fitted sheet on the bottom did not stay in place and bunched up every time you moved. Also, it was hard to regulate the temperature in the room at night.

Expected better...was disappointed.

I liked the size of the room.

The water in the bathroom faucet didn't produce cold water, only warm and hot. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.

Located next to soccer tournament

The staff was rude from checking in to leaving. Not only to me but to other family and soccer team members . The room smelled like dogs If pet allowed the take carpet out of rooms and tile so odor doesn’t stay in carpets and fabric couches etc The air conditioner was not working properly and made notices all nite Bed pillows were very bad flat Literally The rooms were up charged ( like price gouging ) they knew soccer tournament going on across street Rates are usually approx 125 nite Yet this weekend went up to 225$ nite

Don’t think I’d stay here again

Location was close to my daughter’s home. Breakfast was actually good.

The decor in the room, the couch was shabby, when they brought towels only once in a 5 night stay they did not replace what they took, we ran out of stuff like toilet paper and the garbage was only changed once. And when I asked for towels it took them 12 hours from when I was told they’d be dropped off. No coffee ever replenished in the room at all.

Great location, super convenient and close to everything we needed to do

I will definitely visit again!

I was very impressed with the rooms, very nice, spacious, and very clean! The topper, I love the additional security, I felt like I was in a safe place!

One dislike… the gentleman asked for an additional $25 deposit after I checked in! If that is your policy it should be added online when booking, that’s the purpose of booking online…not when checking in!!! Just my thoughts!

First time at a Home2 Suites. Friendly staff and nice room at a reasonable price.

Best thing about this hotel was the staff. All the staff we met were friendly and pleasant.

We had car trouble so I had my wife taken to the hotel while I stayed with the car. They wouldn't let my wife check in without me being there. Had to call the hotel but they kept putting me on hold. Not happy about that. Also, I had to take a cold shower one morning because there was no hot water. It was fixed later that day. Finally there was a lot of noise in the area around the hotel. Sounded like a garbage truck picking up trash every night when we went to bed. It wasn't a garbage truck but I never did discover the source. It did eventually put you to sleep.

We had an excellent stay at the Hotel.

breakfast was amazing, location in perfect. We walked next door to the Applebee's restaurant for dinner, which was an easy walk with 3 kids. Also the zaxbys is in the same parking lot which was nice. Large fridge was awesome and room was really clean.

Some of the bed pillows weren't as comfortable. And the toilet paper was really crappy. There was not enough coffee packets in the room or cups. The ice bucket wasn't very clean. Also not very many channel options on the TV.

I will not stay this hotel anymore, bad service, cheating people. Charge so much money but trash service

Looks new , but stuff was so rude

So expensive and there’s no hot water, stuff very bad service. I stay 3 nights no hot water at showers and no body brings towels

Was not worth the money, if a pay a hotel I expect hotel services. I asked for housekeeping and they ignored my request.

Will NEVER stay here again. EVER.

We liked the kitchen and living area in room.

The hotel staff was rude and not helpful at all. EVERY time I tried to call the hotel, no one would answer. I even tried calling reservations and having them transfer me and the front desk still never answered. After about two and a half hours, I finally got through to front desk and they said there was nothing they could do to help me. Messaged GM and he never returned to my call. Terrible customer service.

Rooms weren't ready by 3pm check in time. Fridge had large water puddle on top shelf. One room was on 4th floor and the other on 1st, when we requested they be together. As a Hilton member I was not treated as so

Very relaxing and over all had a very nice stay.

Location was perfect for my needs. Breakfast as a whole was good, could have a few more choices. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Bed could have been a little more comfortable, maybe needed to be replaced. Bathroom shower only had one slider door to get in and out and was at the end with the showerhead. Could not reach to put shower items in the back of shower. Had to get into the shower to do this. Had stayed their previously and did not remember this problem. There were soda cans, etc and towels left by the pool, and a broken chair arm. No one cleaned the pool area except for the pool itself.
