Standard Daily Rate is $490.00 CAD per night based on 4 person occupancy
Daily rate increases to $550 CAD per night based on 4 person occupancy, during peak summer dates listed . July long weekend, Aug long weekend and week following, and week leading to and including Sept long weekend.
Additional guests rate , (maximum 2) $60.00 CAD each .
Minimum 3 night stay
$220 cleaning fee applies
$350 refundable damage deposit required
Plus applicable taxes and Vrbo fee's
Photo ID required and collected by owner before arrival

We do respond to inquires typically within a hour. Instant booking is not available, and all inquiries to stay at the property are reviewed by owner for best fit possible. We do apologize in advance if we are unable to fill your request for dates.

Situated in the heart of Okanagan wine country, start your day off right while sitting back on the 800 sq.ft private deck, relaxing and sipping on a hot cup of jo as you gaze out at the beautiful views of Okanagan Lake and plan your day. Maybe from there, you decide to take advantage of one of the 20 champion golf courses all within a 30 minute drive. If golf isn't your scene, you could explore Peachland's beaches, boating, water activities, zip lining, ATV rides, amazing restaurants... or explore the Kettle Valley rail line trail, hike local Pincushion mountain or mountain climb the cliffs of near by Penticton. After your active morning, you could book a wine tour and enjoy some of the 75 wineries all within an hour drive. One of them being the Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards at Greata Ranch, only a 13 minute drive. There are many services you can book around Peachland to drive you there and back. After your afternoon of sipping wine, you could dine out, enjoying any of the restaurants (all within a few minutes from the property), or you could come back and BBQ up a delicious meal.
Peachland is a 24 minute drive from West Kelowna and a 20 minute drive North of Summerland. Located on the West side of Okanagan Lake, British Columbia.

A cozy, lake view kitchen with vaulted ceilings is available to you, with full amenities: Keurig, kettle, toaster, cook top, oven, fridge, dishwasher, dishes and cooking tools. End your night enjoying the hot tub, and comfy patio furniture while sipping on some Pinot Noir and engaging in some good conversation. Offering an open-concept living area, this Peachland Villa features a 60" flat-screen cable TV, as well as a desk in the den .
Sleep comfortably on one of the queen beds, or king bed for a fresh start the next day and ready for your next adventure.

This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travelers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travelers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travelers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in.
Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

In short "a perfect stay" Jeff was helpful and the property was everything that was advertised! The property is easy to get to, clean, well decorated and well cared for. Our family had a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

Stayed for 9 nights with another couple for half of the stay and a family with 1 8 yr old during the back half. Pros: quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbours, amazing view of the lake, large deck, large kitchen and living area, well maintained hot tub. 3 min to downtown Peachland, 15-20 min to summerland, 30 min to penticton. IGA and gas station down the road. Adequate cooking utensils, towels. Needs some work: I was a bit disappointed with the communication with the owner. I had asked to verify if a number of things were supplied during the stay and did not get a clear answer. Ended up bringing our own spices then found out many were already in the unit. Oddly no laundry detergent was provided but dryer sheets were. My biggest disappointment was when the downstairs tenant told us about a fire that had broken out nearby and what we should be prepared to do in case we needed to leave. This was on a Sunday at 5pm. Did not receive a text from the owner about it until 8pm. Would have been nice to get a text letting us know what we should do or where to find updates etc. The house was also mostly clean but there were the odd dust bunnies under the Murphy bedroom and some cobwebs on the ceiling. Not a biggie but I would expect the cleaning crew to ensure things are dusted before a renter arrives.

This is a perfect place for myself and family to spend our vacation with 3 separate sleeping areas and a modern kitchen. It has a super large deck to enjoy while having a BBQ and some local wine with family. Jeff is a great host who communicates well and has endeavored to make our stays enjoyable and memorable.

Million dollar view from the deck. Very peaceful and quiet location but quick drive to amenities, beaches and wineries. Host was very helpful and place was amazing and well equipped. Comfortable beds.

We had a fantastic stay at Jeff’s home. Everything was as advertised and the home accommodated the three couples perfectly. Jeff was incredibly responsive and helpful and we couldn’t recommend his place strongly enough! Thanks so much Jeff! A perfect way to start our COVID Season recovery after we all received our two vaccinations.
