About this house rental

Large three rooms air-conditioned with balcony 5 m2. Very nice living room of 30 m², living room dining kitchen, triple exposure, (east, south, west), high ceilings, exposed beams. Two independent double bedrooms with closet and storage furniture. Bathroom with window, large walk-in shower and washbasin. Separate WC.
Private pool shared with the owners
Access only for registered travellers from 9:00 to 19:00.
Sheets optional € 25 per bed. set of 2 towels optional (15 € per person).

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven mixed: traditional and microwave and two ceramic hobs. Nice elevated position (top of villa), view of greenery and hills. Private parking in the closed property.
Close to St Paul de Vence and Polygone Riviera (5 minutes walk). Bus 15 minutes from the apartment and Nice Côte d'Azur airport 15 minutes by car.
Numerous amenities and leisure for a holiday stay near the Mercantour Natural Park.

We had a really great week in Pascals and Anne’s House. They were very kind and helpful with everything. The parking situation was great as well. We would definitely book this house again.

The apartment is exactly as described and as seen in the pictures. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Pascal is a great host. If you have any questions, someone is always there to help. The shopping mall and a bakery are within walking distance. Everything else, like beaches, you have to go by car. Unfortunately, the pool is not suitable for families with children who want to splash around and have fun. There are very strict pool rules. In addition, the entire pool area is directly in front of the hosts' living rooms. But we‘ve deal with it... Thank you for the week and for being so accommodating.

Thank you very much for the beautiful, relaxing vacation. We have enjoyed a very relaxing 2 weeks. Communication with the owner was easy. He also speaks English. I only speak German, but this was no problem with the translator APP. The welcome on the day of arrival was personal and very friendly. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, an extra toilet and a kitchen-living room. It was very clean and the furniture was contemporary. There is also an air conditioner, this is also essential here in the summer. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Refrigerator, oven with microwave, hob, washing machine. At the oven, our owner has even set the language to German. The location is very central. There is a shopping complex, bakery and supermarket nearby. All in walking distance. To the beach it is a bit further, here the car is necessary. Day trips to Monaco, Nice and Cannes are easy. We, 4 people, two adults and two children, also stayed in the apartment for a few days to relax. The pool is beautiful and could be used by us without any restrictions. The residential area was very quiet and relaxing. Who wants a party has to go to the beach. All in all a wonderful vacation, we can fully recommend the apartment

The Appartement is nicely furnitures, and has the basics you need in the kitchen. Nespresso-Machine, Water cooker is also there. The cutting board was placed on the ground at the wall, quite often used, would need a refurbishment. We give only 3* for the cleanliness as the kitchen drawer needs definitely a cleaning, and the drain in the bathroom gave us a tough time. The smell out of the drainpipe was disturbing the whole week we stayed, every day. I would recommend to fix it, as it is really annoying for the renter

A super apartment located in a quiet residential area. An immaculate accommodation close to a range of amenities. Pascal is a charming host who kindly advised on places of interest and nearby shops and advice on getting around the area. Our stay was enhanced by amazing weather and trips into the surrounding hills. A safe and secure location ideal for those looking for a quiet getaway location. The apartment is well equipped modern and comfortable. We would love to return to explore further the Côte d’Azur area.

Von der freundlichen Kommunikation via email und Telefonat, dem herzlichen Willkommen und Gastfreundlichkeit bis zum wunderbaren und der Vorstellung übertreffenden Wohnung war der Aufenthalt top! Die Wohnung war super sauber, voll ausgestattet, nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wunderschöner Pool... Alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Würden wir immer wieder buchen! Nur zu empfehlen!

Excellent place and hosts

We had an absolutely great vacation at this property at the begging of September 2019. The location is good, close to the sea, medieval villages and the mountains. The house is a typical Provencal villa, extremelly well kept and clean, tastefully decorated and loaded with all modern amenities while preserving the character of the house. The hosts, Anne and Pascal are very friendly, accommodating and attentive to all their guests’ needs. I don’t have enough words to appreciate our experience. Do not hesitate to book this apartment on your next trip to the area. Thank you very much, Anne and Pascal for your irreproachable and warm hospitality. We won’t look to any other place on our next visit.

We’ve been here for a week. Great apartment and location. From here you can easily go to places like Nice, Cannes, Antibes etc. Don’t forget Saint Paul. The apartment has everything you need with a relaxing swimming pool. And last but not least; the host is really friendly and helpfull.

Schöner Urlaub, wir kommen wieder!

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die schöne Woche bei Helene und Pascal bedanken. Von der Abwicklung vor dem Buchen, über die Begrüßung beim Ankommen bis hin zum Verabschieden war alles sehr entspannt und wir haben uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir waren Gäste bei gastfreundlichen Menschen. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Neue Einbaugeräte, die tadellos funktionieren und quasi neu sind. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, toller Pool. Kühlschrank mit TK Fach. Pascal und Helen waren auch für Fragen unserseits immer da und wir haben gute Tipps bekommen, wo man was bekommt, was man sich anschauen kann. Hierzu gibt es auch eine sehr umfangreiche Informationsmappe in der Wohnung. Und auch wenn unsere Tochter mal etwas quengeliger wäre und man sie vielleicht durchs Haus gehört hat, gab es nie einen Hinweis, wir sollten leiser sein. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Im Garten sind neben dem Pool, gemütliche Liegen vorhanden. Wir haben den Pool oft genutzt und er war uns eine willkommene Erfrischung. Die Umgebung ist relativ ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. Günstiger Supermarkt ist neben einem höherpreisigen vorhanden, wie auch gute Bäckereien. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und einen Besuch wert. Man ist schnell In Nizza, Monaco oder auch Grace und Canne. Die Lage ist also wirklich toll. Wir können einen Urlaub bei Helene und Pascal nur empfehlen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable chez Hélène et Pascal. Ils sont les propriétaires adorables, gentils et serviables! Nous avons des bonnes adresses selon leur indications. L’appartement est très propre, bien aménagé, en plus tout est climatisé. Nos enfants ont profité pleinement la belle piscine même pour le jour de départ. On donne 10/10 et à proposer aux amis sans hésitation.

Wir haben den wöchigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Es ist eine sehr helle, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit geräumiger Dusche und separatem WC. Es hat alles, was man als Gast braucht. Schnelles Internet und Parken vor der Haustür inklusive. Wir haben insbesondere die gute Küche, die mit Ess- und Wohnraum verbunden ist, als grossen Vorteil gefunden. Die kleine Terrasse vor dem Eingang neben der Küche ist fürs Essen oder einfach Weintrinken perfekt. Obwohl die Vermieter im unteren Teil des Hauses wohnen, hat man in der Wohnung absolute Privatsphäre. Die Nutzung des Pools und Liegen war nach Absprache mit den Vermietern gar kein Thema. Das Einzige, was man vielleicht verbessern könnte, wäre ein zusätzlicher Kleiderschrank oder Kommode, um die Klamotten besser und einfacher aufzubewahren.

Die Unterkunft ist von der Lage her perfekt, um die Umgebung und das Hinterland von Nizza zu Erkunden. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig und ein hoher Standard für eine Ferienwohnung. Ein großer Mehrwert dieser Wohnung sind die freundlichen, tollen Vermieter. Die kleinen Wünsche sofort erfüllen und super Tipps für Ausflüge geben. Rundum ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, perfekt gelegen, besonders für diejenigen die die schöne Umgebung von Nizza erkunden wollen. Gelegen ist die Wohnung außerhalb des im Sommer ziemlich lauten Stadtzentrum, ermöglicht jedoch den einfachen Zugang zum Meer oder anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie St. Paul de Vence, Antibes, Monaco, Cannes oder aber auch Nizza selbst. Angemietet haben wir die Wohnung im August, die Wohnung war gerade neu renoviert ist wirklich sauber, hell und super ausgestattet. Selbst eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, was an manchen heißen Tagen ein Segen ist. Großes extra war die Entdeckung einer tollen französischen Bäckerei in der Nähe, so gab es jeden morgen Frühstück mit Croissants auf der kleinen Terrasse ganz nach französischer Art. Ich hoffe dass sich nächstes Jahr erneut die Möglichkeit für uns ergibt :)
