Extrem nett, sauber, gut riechend, vielfältig, schön, alles vorhanden

B&B ist gegenüber dem Hotel, aber wir könnten das Pool und halt das ganze Hotel wie die Gäste dort benutzen. Abends war sogar kleines Brunch und wir haben am Bar Hugo und Aperol bei liebe Tizia getrunken, sie war sehr nett und genauso wie die Dame beim Check in hat uns viele wertvolle Infos gegeben :)

Perfect for a short trip.

The staff were very friend on arrival. Lovely having a pool and the room and terrace was lovely. Nice to have air con.

Being next to the train track meant you could here the train and the room would shake. Shower was very small.

Excellent location

Great location, private parking lot, breakfast buffet at the hotel in front, great price with all the benefits of the hotel. Spacious, nice balcony.

No elevator, consider if big bags. Shower drain had issues.

Fab

The rooms, staff and breakfast are fab. Cleaned everyday and fresh towels. Only thing we found was that it was a bit of a walk back after dinner in the main town was a bit lengthy however this would not stop us returning or recommending.

Horrible experience, do not recomend

The location was perfect! a short walk to the main part of Sorrento. lots of food options nearby too!

The listing is VERY misleading. There is no 24 hour reception like the listing said. The reception is in the hotel across the road. This property is basically in a block of flats. The balcony is totally unusable and does not look like the pictures it was filthy we didn’t open the balcony door once during the holiday. This isn’t somewhere you’d stay for leisure. it’s basically as if you’re in a flat share. You walk in to one main door then there’s 3 small bedrooms with an suites. You can’t relax as you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING from the other rooms. You feel like you’re having to be really quiet. you can hear as little as someone unzipping their suitcase. There was an incident where someone was banging on the doors the early hours of the morning 2pm(?) buzzing on the doors and screaming and shouting. we contacted the hotel but the phone number on booking . com was incorrect. We also private messaged for someone to come across and check but they didn’t. As there was no peep hole we couldn’t see who it was so it was terrifying. it turned out the next day it was only a drunk male however, at the time we were terrified. We were told the owner of the property isn’t linked to the hotel and they just oversee it for him. We were told he was coming down to speak to the couple and us however, he never turned up. i wouldn’t at all recommend staying here. There are so many other properties for similar price range for MUCH a better standard. The standard of cleaning also wasn’t great… after we asked we had a fairly good clean however, we shouldn’t of had to complain about the room cleaning. The staff didn’t seem to care much about customer service towards you when you were staying in the comfort rooms also!

Nice place, buy noisy

The room was big and clean. The pool was a bonus.

Beside the fact that the train is passing by very close, we heard a constant noise, something like a washing machine. Also, the floor level of the room was much lower than the floor level of the bathroom, so I almost broke my leg before I got used to it.

Welcoming & friendly people, loud neighborhood.

close to the city center, 15min walk. nice swimming pool the personnel is really nice and welcoming.

Noisy, could here the cars and train. the walls are really thin, we had really loud neighbours.

Great hotel, excellent facilities and the staff were super helpful. Location is good only a 10-15 minute walk to city centre and train station. Would recommend and hope to return soon.

We loved it!

loved our stay! the staff were so so nice, pool was lovely, and room was so clean and a good size. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main square but we didn’t mind. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

The room didn’t match the pictures on booking.com, room was still nice but not as nice as the pictures

Good value for a quiet & comfy stay

Although you could hear the train passing it was very quiet, it wasn't a problem for us. The room was very clean and modern, we could use the pool from Hotel Gardenia and the breakfast was a 10!! Also the day we arrived and did the check-in they offered us a glass of home made lemonade.

Maybe it was a bit far from the city center and the sidewalks were very narrow.

Good location, facilities and breakfast.

Good location, staff were helpful, room was clean and bathroom was very nice. Good facilities - pool, Sun loungers enjoyable and the breakfast had a good selection of food.

Could hear train every 10-15 minutes going past hotel, but this didn’t keep us awake at night. Also had to pay to use extra towels for the pool.

fantastic stay in a beautiful area.

The room was very clean and felt very spacious with the outside terrace, though we didn’t really get to enjoy that, too busy sightseeing and too warm! We were aware that there might be train noise and this started early morning, to be honest though it wasn’t an issue for us. Whilst we stayed in the B&B we could use all the hotel Gardenia facilities, across the (very busy) street. including the beautiful pool area. Breakfast was very good, and served in the hotel. We had seen some negative reviews on this, so ignore those as it was perfect with good options. We found the staff very friendly and helpful.

The only negative is that it’s on a very busy street and traffic was chaotic but can’t blame the property for this, but just be mindful if not your thing.

Beautiful stay near the centre of Sorrento.

Beautiful apartment with the benefits of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent within Hotel Gardenia and we could use the pool/gym shared between Gardenia and Hotel Central. Fantastic value for money. This apartment is on a pretty busy road but the apartment has two patio doors onto the balcony to limit the sound. I never had any issues with the traffic. Location was fantastic with either a 15 minutes walk into either Sorrento or Sant'Agnello.

Having access to the locked kitchen would have been a slight benefit but with breakfast included its hard to argue. Everything was great to be honest.

Superb

I was impressed by the value. The room was very nice, modern and comfortable. I was a bit worried about being on the busiest street in town and being a light sleeper, but the soundproofing is excellent.

You feel the trains, but I didn't notice them too early or late.

A week in Sorrento

- the room and the terrace were very spacious - the room was cleaned every day - good wi-fi signal - the staff was very nice and helpfull also with some trips - we spend a nice time at the pool area - a 10 min walk to the train station and 15 min to the old town

We think that the heating system for water had some problems because sometimes when somebody took a shower, the system was making some weird loud noises.

Convenient to the Train, Convenient to the coast.

OMG, so I love this place! I was a little early for check in, but they invited me for lunch at the pool. Good food. The room was very bright, high ceilings, loved the private balcony....and they had a smart tv which was very convenient. They have great connections to local itineraries, discounts on cruises to the Amalfi coast. As a single traveler, I felt very comfortable and very safe in this location. The breakfast spread is NOT to be missed! Delicious!

The street is a little busy and I got hit by a scooter driver! Please be careful if you are a pedestrian crossing the road. Minor injuries, some scrapes and a sprained ankle, but the staff was like a team of superheroes. They patched me up, chatted with me and I think the lemonade they gave me healed me. Above and beyond! I love this hotel.
