1.位置很好，直接面對沙灘、過馬路即可到沙灘 2.附近很多酒吧、餐廳、便利商店，購物方便 3.員工親切 1. The location is excellent, directly facing the beach—just cross the road and you're there. 2. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, making shopping very convenient. 3. The staff is friendly.

1.隔音非常不好，因為有帶寶寶隨行，事先有寫信聯絡飯店安排較高樓層怕吵鬧，但可惜沒有安排 2.房間並沒有遮光簾，半夜外面燈光會照進來；早上5、6點太陽升起，房間就很亮，就無法睡覺了 3.床墊沒有支撐力，只能鋪棉被睡地板了 1. The soundproofing was very poor. Since we were traveling with a baby, we had contacted the hotel in advance, requesting a higher floor to avoid noise, but unfortunately, this was not arranged. 2. The room didn’t have blackout curtains, so outside lights shone in at night. When the sun rose at around 5 or 6 a.m., the room became too bright, making it impossible to sleep. 3. The mattress lacked support, so we had to lay blankets on the floor to sleep.

Staff, location and ocean view room - amazing!

Staff are friendly and helpful. The ocean view is calming. You can see Lady Buddha easily. The beach is across the road. There's a Highlands Coffee branch close by. Minimarts around the corner. The room is large! We were only going to stay a day but fell in love with the property and decided to extend our stay! Would definitely recommend!

Great locations to access the beach

Great locations for the beach. Rooms were big and airy. The hotel was very clean and stuff were really helpful.

Pool was stunning but there wasn’t many places to sit around the pool so at busy times it was difficult to find so when to sit.

Best hotel in Da Nang with addressable shortcomings

What a perfect location, right opposite the beach and close to the best walking and eating streets in Da Nang. From the reception with a great coffee shop to the big rooms and friendly staff, this place is a winner. The breakfast was more suited for non europeans but still fine.

We were sooooo happy until we got into bed the first time. The mattress was well past its use date and I had to prop it with scatter cushions from underneath. The sun loungers had no padding and the metal supports made it very uncomfortable. It is sad that management does not address these two obvious issues as I am sure it must have been raised before. The hotel is truly fantastic and I would have easily given top marks but for these issues.

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, fab beach location.

From check in greeting to check out , our stay was fabulous. Roof pool and sunbed area are lovely. Great choice at breakfast. Lovely location overlooking the beach. Coffee Dock in lobby is cool too.

Have to leave this box empty because it was all lovely.

Real 5 star hotel!

From the check-in, till last minute we stayed there, which was 23 days I think 🤔, we liked everything, the reception made us feel everyday very welcome ,including the guys at entrance ,who gave us the beach towels,the staff at the restaurant , from the Chef and all the waiters, were polite ,very caring, clean,and amazing food ( I worked 30 years in this business ) we ate there many times and the food was every time exceptional, already miss the (Pho noodles ,and bahn xeo,the sea food soup too ,the vegetables spring rolls,..really the whole menu.. The Spa staff, very professional, we had massages and Sauna to the hotel and some other places too, we like the most at the hotel and one another place, to the hotel the whole package from the Sauna ,the massage rooms, the staff ,the massage beds, very clean and always smelling perfect, thousand percent recommend that place 😀 Over all the best 5 star I've stayed so far, in the top of all ,just can't stay without mention her, the most charming and professional executive assistant manager, -miss Phuong ,-thank you for making us feel ( me and my cousin)very welcome everyday ,asking us every time if we needed anything, just to make sure we've got everything to make our holiday unforgettable in that place 😊 Till next time TMS ,see you soon...

Modern, tolle Lage, super Ausblick aufs Meer vom 23. Stock, sehr gutes Frühstück, Toller Rooftop Pool mit wenig Liegen, tolle Bar mit sehr gutes Cocktails kostenloser Reinigungsservice

Das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher und persönlicher sein. Könnte aber auch an der Sprachbarriere liegen.

All of the staff are friendly and courteous. Amazing service! All of us are impressed! Great job! The room is clean and spacious! The room with the sea view is amazing! It's cute that they serve us a welcome drink on arrival! Cam on!

The room is not sound proof so you could actually hear people walking or talking outside. The toilet door is really loud when opening and the sound from the toilet bowl is loud too

Luxury getaway with hotel staff really dedicated to making the guests comfortable

The breakfast is delicious, so many variations to choose from, I love the egg station where they make quality omelettes and scrumptious poached eggs. I have been jogging along the beach most mornings and love the spacious sandy tracts

The breakfast is very crowded and they don’t have an internal travel agent so we could book the various tours and boat trips without leaving the hotel. The pool is divine, but good luck getting a spot, it is fully crowded by 11am, I wish the pool could cater for more people

Das TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach ist wirklich toll. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und ermöglicht einen bequemen Zugang zu allen wichtigen Orten. Die Einrichtung ist zeitgemäß, ohne Anzeichen von Abnutzung, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Insgesamt ist das TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für Reisende, die nach einem modernen und gut gelegenen Hotel suchen. Mit kleinen Anpassungen könnte es noch mehr glänzen, aber insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt super.

Die Bar könnte jedoch freundlicher gestaltet werden, um eine einladendere Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Das Rezeptionspersonal könnte von zusätzlicher Schulung profitieren, um den Service weiter zu verbessern. Trotzdem bleibt das Personal stets höflich und hilfsbereit.

오션뷰가 일품이었던 호텔

방문해서 외관을 보고 관광호텔인데 비싸게 한건 아닌가 싶었는데요, 청결도와 직원서비스 등 식사 모두 그 가격만큼 괜찮았어요~ 오션뷰는 꼭 해야할 것 같아요. 그게 이 호텔의 장점같습니다^^ 바로앞 바다가 보이는데 최고였어요~ 물론 그만큼의 소음도는 있어요. 그렇지만 방음은 괜찮았습니다~ 한국사람들의 니즈에 맞게 조식도 괜찮았어요. 3일 식사했는데 조금씩 종류가 달라져서 지루하지 않았어요. 부모님하고 사용했는데(엑스트라 베드 추가) 좁지 않았습니다^^

1.수영장이 좀 더 크면 좋겠어요.. 객실 수에 비해 수용하기 어려운 사이즈라는 생각이 들었습니다~

위치가 정말 좋았습니다.이틀 묵고 쉐라톤그랜드로 옮겼는데 이곳이 위치가 정말 좋은곳이라고 느꼈습니다.바로앞에 바다,뒷편으로 카페,식당,마사지,한국식당 모든것이 다 있어서 좋았습니다.

The best staff ever. A great hotel.

This was a top notch hotel. From the minute we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff was amazing. This is a full service hotel. The breakfast was massive and delicious and the rooftop bar food was perfectly prepared and served. We had the best massages we have ever had. I highly recommend this hotel!

Loved our stay at TMS - we felt special and the staff and facilities are top notch.

Staff were wonderful - so eager to please and to help. We loved the use of the bicycles, free laundry service. huge choice at breakfast, pool on the top floor and the spa massage we booked.

Great Location and Excellent Staff

The staff was excellent and the location was beachfront. We hired a motorbike from around the corner. The hotel was very convenient.

A deam hotel experience

- Outstanding attention to the customer experience. - Rooms are huge and the view is incredible (premier double room with partial seaview). - Gym has all you need (weights, trademils, yoga mats etc.). - The pool view is as good as in the pictures. - There is a fancier restaurante on the roof top with good food and an incredible view. - You literally cross the street and you are on the beach. Behind the hotel there are a few nice streets and a food market with unbelieavably good and cheap seafood/lobsters etc. Scooter rental is 100m from the hotel. What a fantastic experience!

Could be ideal to have a better organized way to allow people to enjoy the pool (I think there are only 10 pool beds or so available). Perhaps the hotel can set a time limit (like 1h) so more people can enjoy the view and the experience. Not a big deal as I did manage to seat there and and enjoy, just more like a suggestion

Amazing 5-star experience

The hotel was amazing value for money, with 5-star service right in front of the Da Nang beach. Staff was always very nice and helpful, food quality was amazing

We had a set dinner included and different people at the table were not allowed to pick diffferent options. It’s a small thing but would improve that if possible
