About this house rental
Spectacular non smoking beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Includes 2 queen beds. This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back patio. Also, on the back patio we provide a grill. Included are high thread count bed linens and bath towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all luxury linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new dishwasher, stove, built in microwave, and fridge. We have a new front load washer and dryer for all laundry. This home does not have a detail missed. Perfect tropical feel complete with professional decor. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation. **** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 4 people We also do not allow pets or smoking.

Very nice compact house. Clean, well furnished and equipped. Excellent location, close to beach, restaurants, stores and bars/pubs. There is even a small grocery store across the street. Local people are friendly and welcoming. One of the best VRBO properties we have visited.

Private, quiet 2 bedroom, 2.bath Cottage close to everything! Second time staying for a girls getaway the house is perfect. It has everything you need just pack your flip flops! Two minute walk to each and restaurants, highly recommend! Owners are quick and responsive to any and all needs.

Seemed a little small when we first walked in, but once we got settled, it was just right for two couples. Loved the location, walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. Nearby restaurants, even a general store. It is definitely a "do again."

We really enjoyed the green house. It was cozy but had plenty of room. There was nice storage space. The owners made really great use of the small space. It was awesome to have two bathrooms. There was good lighting in the house as well as plenty of natural light. This is a great location as you can walk most anywhere you want to go.

This was the first time that we have went to the Beach this late and we have not ever stayed at Carolina Beach before.
We had a great time the weather was perfect the cottage was really cute and clean . It would have been nice to have been a little closer to the beach but not a bad walk . Lots of eating places !!!

We Love the place. Decorated so beachie not to much it was perfect. Very clean.Location was great. The bed slept good. The hosted was very polite and so helpful. I felt safe and comfortable there. We will stay there again. Thank you!

Has everything you need - the double bathrooms, tvs and cable in every room, washing machine/dryer, and phone chargers were all great amenities. It’s a very short walk to the beach and had space for parking which was great. We appreciated the stay we had everything we needed at the green house

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very well maintained and decorated beautifully. It is a smaller home, but it is perfect for a small family, two friends, etc. and it had all the amenities and space we needed.
The location is perfect! A local small grocery store is at the end of the block, and the boardwalk is a very short easy walk away, as are several sit down restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Close to boardwalk so saved so much money on parking. Beautiful home with super cute decor. Washer and dryer came in really handy and the outside shower is a dandy! Would totally stay here again!

Our check in went smoothly. The unit is clean and well equipped. There is furniture for youth and plenty of plastic ware for children.
Easy walk to the boardwalk, beach, food etc. never needed our car once arrived.

This place is cozy and very well kept. The decor, televisions in each room and fireplace were all a big hit with our 9 year old. The neighborhood was quiet despite being walking distance from the boardwalk -- which has fun rides and attractions for all ages. The house also has a cute little swing/playset if you're traveling with little ones. As out of towners who came for the beach, we appreciated the outdoor shower and proximity to the water. With a tip from the owner, we spent our time on the north end of the beach just about every day. We would definitely rent this property again.

Such a cute Home! Super clean and comfy! And my kids loved to wind down on the play set! The owners were so nice and met me at check in! It’s also right in the middle of everything! The beach, boardwalk, and restaurants are all a short walk away! I have a 2 and 4 year old and they were able to walk to the beach! Had a wonderful time!

This property is absolutely adorable. You can tell that the property owners put a lot of effort and time into decorating. The spaces were clean, immaculate, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need to stay. The hosts were very helpful and communicative before checking in. The house is close to many dining establishments, the beach, and the boardwalk. We were able to walk to get our meals as well as going to the beach. My spouse and I enjoyed our stay! Thanks for allowing us!

Went down to Carolina Beach for a wedding. The bungalow was so close to everything, that we decided to rent a golf cart.. best decision ever! We didn’t have to use our car not once. Perfect little place for me & my fiancé. Definitely will be staying again in the near future!

My family and I enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. The cottage is beautifully decorated with modern upgrades. The owners communicate directly with you and are very helpful with their attention to every detail. We prepared Easter dinner and found the kitchen to be well equipped for our needs. The location is great with just a short walk to the beach, and a grocery store right around the corner. I would higly recommend this property for a family of 4 or less, and would definitely stay here again.

The trip was to attend a wedding reception in Wilmington at an Art Museum which was a beautiful event in itself. Jamie and Brian’s green house was a wonderful place to stay! Super clean, cozy and very nicely decorated. Beds were comfy, location couldn’t be better. TV’s in the living room as well as each bedroom was a lovely bonus. Kitchen had all the things we needed to cook/bake. Loved the giant sink to wash dishes in!! We (myself, and 2 of my adult children) walked around and enjoyed shopping in the local stores, watching the sunrise and just enjoyed each others company in a beautiful setting. Wish we could have stayed longer!! We will definitely book again. Thank you Jamie and Brian for all the great suggestions and the very clear instructions to make our stay as great as it was!! Highly recommend!!

We have stayed in this location for the past 3 years, first time in this cottage. We stayed in the pink cottage the other 2 times, that was great! The only real issue we have with this cottage is the steps to get in. My husband is handicapped but we thought we would try it because we were familiar with the location to the board walk and restaurants. We will look at booking something for next year that does not have that many steps.
