About this house rental
Pointviews Bremer Bay is a modern two storey home overlooking Bremer Bay with views to Mount Barren. It is ideally located 8 mins from town and minutes too Short Beach and the boat ramp at Fisheries Marina.
Pets welcome.
BYO LINEN, PILLOWS,QUILTS & TOWELS.
Property is 10 acres so plenty of room for boats and car parking.
House is two storey with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Downstairs entry has laundry and toilet/shower, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (bath in main bathroom) living/dinning, well equipped kitchen upstairs. Large outdoor balcony upstairs overlooking bay equipped with large outdoor setting and Weber BBQ.
Bed 1 & 2 have queen beds, 3 has 2 bunk beds.
Short beach is minutes away along with blossoms and little boat harbour. 8 minutes and you are in the townsite. Watch the killer whale watching boat steam out each day or book a tour yourself.
Beautiful beaches, wellstead museum, great fishing and swimming.

Such a wonderful place. Happy teens, adults and dog! Completely surrounded by beautiful bush and well back from the road. Just out of town and so close to Blossoms beach. Waking up to the incredible sunrise over the bay was so lovely. We kept our dog on a lead because there arent fences but he loved being walked up the drive and being taken to the beaches. We had everything we needed at the house. Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at Pointviews. The views were amazing. We needed dog friendly accommodation, and this was great for them and us. No fenced area, so outside dogs need to be trusted to come when called, or on a leash. Mine were fine off leash.

Bremer Bay please cap the population, keep Bremer Bay unique almost as unique as the house that i occupied loved it because the human population is low, wildlife, endemic vegetation, marine life AWESOME thank you. Allison

This was our second time staying staying here love that it’s out of town surrounded by bush and only a short drive to the beach and allows pets.

Amazing property that’s isolated yet still well connected to the rest of Bremer. Stayed here for a university trip with few other students and definitely made some memories for a lifetime. Large open space inside and outside for socializing, with comfortable beds and great showers. Laundry was a bonus we didn’t know we needed haha.

This house has excellent views and a good location. The laundry was fine and downstairs shower great for after the beach. The owner was very quick to respond when the oven started making a very horrible noise, but it worked eventually.
Overall however, we found it to be quite dirty. All the walls are marked, cutlery was not cleaned and the area around the house had years of junk left around it. The furniture in the house is best described as being salvaged from roadside hard rubbish. It's very dated on the inside and the couches didnt look inviting to sit on. The mattress was poor and the sides falling away so it felt like the bed was trying to kick you out the side all night.
Overall charging over $200/night we expected better quality and definitely cleaner. We loved Bremer Bay but wont be staying here again.

We have stayed here at least four times and we never tire of the place. close to all beaches, which are amazing. House is clean and comfortable and has an amazing view. another plus is the calm peacefulness, nice and quiet, a really relaxing holiday.

Close to town but secluded on a few acres with a fantastic view of the ocean and the perfect balcony to sit and enjoy it. Great experience.

Spacious living conditions & convenient to all the beautiful beaches in Bremer Bay. Simply adequate to our holiday needs. The hot, spacious showers after a day on the beach was always welcoming. The open plan of the kitchen & dining area is great for a big group. The view is amazing regardless of the amount of wind around us. We would definitely go again.

We loved our stay in Bremer Bay! This property has everything you need. No linen supplied but that didn't bother us. House itself is basic but clean, comfortable and in the perfect location if wanting to fish, 4wd and enjoy the beaches. The view from the balcony is great.
Host Mike was easy to deal with, we had no issues during our stay and can't wait to come back again!

What a view, great location! If you're all about the great outdoors, this is the place for you!
Stunning location, wrap around balcony is the best way to have your morning coffee. Furniture could do with a refresh, however, this is a newbuild property so the bathrooms, kitchen etc is great. If you are all about the outdoors, this is definately the place for you.
