Each hot pool is heated to a different temperature, so you're sure to find the perfect one for ultimate relaxation. In the winter, warm up in the character sauna converted from a 1940s cabin, and in the summer, rent a bike and head out on the town. Please note that the price is based on 2 occupants, and an extra person charge applies for additional adults.
We recommend having a car as the lively Banff centre is a short 2-minute drive away, though it's worth taking advantage of your FREE Roam bus passes during your stay - the bus stop is just outside. If you're interested in bringing your furry friend with you, a number of pet-friendly suites are available for a charge. During the summer, we love to bike around town or on the Legacy Trail nearby. In the winter, head to the slopes of Nakiska, Sunshine or Lake Louise - you will not be disappointed! The Meatball Pizza and Pasta restaurant, with amazing desserts like Mount Assiniboine and Cheesecake.

We did not realize that this property was essentially a resort, but it worked for our group of four adults nonetheless. Very clean, easy parking, close to downtown Banff (with access to the bus). Would stay again!

Our stay had some positives and some negatives, but in the end, we would not stay here again. The front desk staff is very friendly and very responsive at all hours. It’s a nice location with quick and easy access to downtown Banff. The property has a nice view of mountains and forest from the back balcony. There is also ample parking both above ground and underground. However, the home was not very clean and needs updates. The bedroom and main bath smelled like urine when we arrived. The kitchen was unswept. The kitchen table was not cleaned and had remnants of the last meal smeared across it. They forgot to service our room one of the three days. The bathtub drain was partially clogged. The carpeting appears dirty and worn. Tile in the bathroom is damaged and cracked. I am sure that this was a very nice property at one time and with a little TLC it could be that way again.

Overall good resort, with amenities. Little different than we expected as booked through VRBO. Good bus services for town. The resort is old and bit of maintenance/cleaning would make it a best place to stay.

This place was cute and convenient. It is very much a cabin in a mountain town so do not expect anything fancy but very clean and exactly as described. The only complaint was that the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Highly recommend bringing your own pillows. Electricity did also go out once or twice during the stay. Otherwise, this place served its purpose and is located in a cute neighborhood of cabins with parking and a bus stop if you plan to use the local transit. The front desk is 24 hours and extremely helpful.

The family enjoyed the high ceilings and comfortable beds. A few missing items such as sheets for sofa bed and pots were quickly brought to us by maintenance staff. The hot and cool tubs are wonderful, with beautiful views of the mountains, be advised that these and bbqs are shared by the many units of the complex.Staff was friendly and helpful.

We shared our loft unit with another couple. It was a little tight but workable. Kitchen was equipped but we did not cook at all. Location was great for us and we used the shuttle every day. The pool area was super nice and had a gorgeous view.

Overall our stay was pleasant enough. The cabins could use a bit of an update. It was hot when we stayed (high 80's/low 90's) and there was no air conditioning in the cabins. We had only 2 fans that were supplied to cool down both bedrooms and the living room. The cabin was well supplied and the service at the main club house was great.

This Vrbo is no where near what the photos show… the photos are of the office and pool area which is a walk around the neighborhood. The rooms are old. Paint peeling, sluggish toilets, not much of a kitchen if you plan to cook. Room with 1 bed is not private and only has a half bath. Old dirty carpet and chair. Window screen falls out of the downstairs bedroom.

Fantastic stay. Hot pools were a great addition to the property and we enjoyed them daily. Fantastic mountain views!
On site bike rentals were a great feature. But get there early to reserve them as only ~4 on site! We rode the Tunnel Mountain Bench Loop trail close to property. Excellent ride and well worth the effort.
Only negative comment is the parking availability: Does not seem to be enough outdoor spaces to accommodate all guests although there is an indoor parking facility as well. Our rental was too large to go into the garage and barely fit within the parking spaces. Once we secured a spot, we were reluctant to give it up. Otherwise, a fantastic trip and property!

Incredible view from this property. We arrived an hour after we were scheduled to arrive 5 pm but we had to wait in the check in area for 30 mins while our property was readied! The hot pools were also closed while we were there and were a little walk away from the property despite the images looking like they are attached.

We loved our time at Hidden Ridge Resort!
Plenty of sleeping space for our large group, easy to get to, and we enjoyed not being right downtown but more in the mountains. The hot pools were so nice!

The overall it was a great experience. The check in process was great! Was able to answer any question and provide information. Was a great surprise that the bus pass was included with out stay. It was quite . The hot pools were so warm 😍 and relaxing the views were amazing. The resort was very clean and the staff so nice and accommodating. The condo was clean and so nice to have cooking and cleaning utensils espwcially the dishwasher. Also having rhe deck and opening windows as well as fans and 2 bathrooms with the loft was great for the 6 people. I would highly recommend and come back again.

The location of the property was ideal for getting in and around the National park. Kids loved the hot tub. Beds were super soft and comfy. Kitchen was basic but everything was neat and clean.

Is a great property. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Daily “ Room service” . It is so nice to come back from a day of skiing to made beds, Clean towels, garbage taken out. Kitchen with brand new sets of dishes, fireplace, easy parking on the property. An outside hot tub with Mountain View is a perfect spot to finish your day. You do have to drive to town just for a few minutes, but there’s also a free shuttle. perfect location to access all three ski resorts. Could not ask for more !

The place was as advertised and a nice stay. The hot tubs and sauna are really great after big days on the slopes. We had some issues with the dishwasher and the property management and staff were very responsive, could not have asked for more attentive service to our issue. We were overall very pleased and would recommend this property to other travelers.

This location provided us respite from the busy downtown and the location offered beautiful scenery. The condos provides what is “needed” though I would not describe this as contemporary. It is lacking updated features, but my overall experience for what I needed was positive. The staff was also very helpful and willing to help when needed. I would go again with this in mind.

I came here with my 4 other friends for my 25th birthday and it was so fun! The location is close to town, friendly front desk and nice hot tub. The place was clean, just a little dated. Overall perfect for our girls trip and would stay again!

This is a beautiful facility but the online description is deceiving. The listing leads you to believe that the unit you rent looks like the main check in cabin. Ultimately, the units are in a apartment complex. Ours was located over 100yds from the pool which was packed and virtually unusable unless you wanted to wait in line for someone to leave. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the units are nice but they should be more upfront about what you will be receiving. This is not the secluded hide away that the pictures will lead you to believe.

We chose this property because of the hot tubs and weren’t disappointed! Helpful 24 hr front desk also leant us bear spray for hikes. Short drive or free bus to / from town. If you take the bus on a busy night be aware it gets full at about 9pm, we made the 1.5 mile walk back easy enough.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo at Hidden Ridge Resort. The condo was very well equipped. We ate most of our meals in the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything worked well. Loved the hot springs at the resort. Will stay again on our return.

The condo at Hidden Ridge provided our group of 5 comfortable and convenient space for our summer visit to Banff National Park. The pool and hot tub had awesome views and were great to use after a day of hiking. The property was well maintained and the front desk staff very responsive. Parking lots were full but we never failed to find a spot. If in the area, we would stay here again. All info was provided in a timely manner. Beds and pillows we’re comfortable. Shower pressure good.

We loved the Hidden Ridge location, just a few minutes' drive from Banff. The unit was perfect for our family of boys. Our teenage boys loved renting mountain bikes from the resort and exploring the local trails. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub one evening after a couple of nice family hikes (Tunnel Mountain trail and Johnston Upper Falls). The WiFi was decent, as well. The kitchen was small and had limited supplies for full meals (could use a baking dish and a large pot!) But was adequate! All and all, a great place for us to stay for our Banff trip!

Staff are wonderful here. Kids loved the hot tub and pool/sauna with a beautiful view.
The rooms have no A/C and even with cooler temps it was so hot at night. We left every window including the sliding glass door open for cooler air. Bathroom is very tiny and for 5 of us with one shower was a little tough. Also the room smelled like campfire smoke from the wood burning fireplace.
