This beautifully presented mid-terrace is set in the heart of the Cornish town of Perranporth and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Alma House 2 is a superb mid-terrace cottage set among the hustle and bustle of Perranporth in Cornwall. Comprising three bedrooms over two floors, this property can sleep six people with children's bunks, a king size and a double. There is also a family bathroom and downstairs is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric stove. Outside is an enclosed garden at the front and to the rear and oly decorated home-from-home in the heart of a beautiful region of Engff-road parking for 2 cars. Alma House 2 is a thoughtfulland.

Amenities: Electric heating with electric stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, TV, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stair gate available. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed front and rear garden. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Perrananporth Beach 2 minute walk. Note: Steep stairs to second floor however, there is a handrail to assist. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children due to one bedroom having child bunk beds. Note: This property has a check in time of 4pm, and check out of 10am

Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.


Town: Perranporth, a Cornish coastal town offering plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a coastal path. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of the rich heritage with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the history of this coastal area. Further afield are the beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay, and the coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust.
