* The Villa "La Mer" was again certified by the German Tourism Association in October 2017 and achieved the highest rating among almost 70,000 certified holiday homes in Germany for the fourth time in a row. The villa was therefore awarded the "GERMANY'S BEST HOLIDAY VILLA" award in 2010.
The representative villa under thatched “La Mer” is located in Groß Schwansee, approx. 20 minutes from Lübeck and a good hour from Hamburg International Airport. You live wonderfully and quietly in the immediate vicinity of the Schlossgut Schwansee with Michelin-rated restaurant. The kilometer-long free Baltic Sea beach can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. The "La Mer" is an ecologically exemplary (geothermal) erected exclusively equipped villa and is located on a beautifully landscaped property with old trees in a south-west facing position. It has five terraces, sunny garden seating, a covered pavilion and shady relaxation areas. The property is lovingly planted with old trees, rhododendrons, etc.
'Groß Schwanseer Kulturabende': If you are looking for a special cultural highlight for your family celebration or just for two, then this offer is definitely very interesting for you: We have a cooperation with the Lübeck University of Music, a wonderful 130-year-old 'Blüthner' grand piano and can organize a private concert for you and your guests in Villa 'La Mer'. Whether a classic piano evening, a jazz matinee or a trio, quartet or music cabaret, we organize an unforgettable experience for you and you determine the program. The acoustics are excellent and you can also accommodate up to 20 people or more. Then end the evening with an 'after concert buffet'. Ask for our offers. Prices from 250 EUR.
