Relax in this elegant Victorian style, home away from home, in the Historic Greenwood Neighborhood in East Nashville, located a block away from popular local restaurants like The Pharmacy Burger Parlor & Beer Garden, "Food Network's Best Restaurants In Nashville" Lyra Modern Middle Eastern Cuisine and "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" featured Mexican restaurant: Mas Tacos and ONLY 3 miles from downtown. The best part, each bedroom has its own full bathroom and separate temperature controls!

The Space:
Located in Historic Greenwood Neighborhood in East Nashville, drive up to this charming home with plenty of street parking available for guests. Ascend the stairs to the front porch where a bistro table for two and a bench provide a spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

Enter the home through the front door into the foyer where French doors to the left lead to the living room with comfortable white couches surrounding a 70” LG flat screen TV with cable.

Adjacent to the living room is an office, with a foosball table and workstation for those who need to conduct business!

Backtrack through the living room, and you’ll find the kitchen, with a bar-height table that seats eight. Prepare a home cooked meal on stainless steel appliances including an electric stove/oven and microwave. Out of eye sight but right around the corner from the kitchen is the washer and dryer.

Return to the foyer and across from the front door you will enter the only first floor bedroom. Just to the right of the bedroom door is the staircase leading up to the other three spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom suite has a similar layout and amenities, so no need to squabble over who gets the master!

Every bedroom in the house is furnished with a queen-size bed, individual temperature controls, and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. An added bonus is each room has a vanity area with an extra sink for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
East Nashville is one of the city's trendiest and eclectic neighborhoods, and this home is located in the heart of it all. Popular local restaurants like The Pharmacy Burger Parlor & Beer Garden, "Food Network's Best Restaurants In Nashville" Lyra Modern Middle Eastern Cuisine and "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" featured Mexican restaurant: Mas Tacos and Spicy Boy's, genuine cajun, are only a block away. A 15-minute stroll takes you to the famous Five Points area, with a variety of shops, galleries, and restaurants to explore. For those with a preference for home cooking, Kroger and Aldi are less than a 10-minute walk.

A trip to Nashville would not be complete without a stop downtown, less than 3 miles away. Take in the Country Music Hall of Fame, Ryman Auditorium or the Johnny Cash and Patsy Cline museums. Slip on your boots and enjoy the live music on Broadway at the classic honky tonks - after all, Nashville is Music City! Nissan Stadium, home to the Tennessee Titans, Bridgestone Arena, home of the Nashville Predators, and First Tennessee Park home of the Nashville Sounds are all located downtown.

One key point to remember is this home is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes from the Nashville Airport, Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills Mall and the new Geodis Stadium, home of Nashville SC.

Please note the property is a front/back tri-plex structure. The front of the triplex is the original free standing Victorian style home with the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Separate residences, abuts the back of the original home.

Most importantly we follow all local and state tax laws and our home is compliant with Nashville city ordinances regarding short term rentals.

The house was in a terrific area of Nashville- quick walk to Mas Tacos for the best tequila shots. So close to Broadway but also quiet with tons of parking.

The house is in great location, right across from the amazing Pharmacy Burger Parlor & Beer Garden which is a must. Close to all the action but in a quite neighborhood. The house was very clean and spacious. We had great communications with the owner and he was very helpful.

Four couples travelled 8 hours to have a Nashville Experience. This house was perfect for our needs! The main reason why we chose this house was because each couple would have their own bedroom and bathroom. Luckily there is a bedroom/bathroom downstairs so our temporarily handicap traveler did not have to go up the stairs on her butt (broken foot, surgery, remission all this year and months after house booked). The house had so much character that it was mesmerizing! My group is going to look into renting it (A) and the B portion in 2025 for a Nashville Birthday! I had communication problems because of an email change from booking to "day of." Contacted owner and he was great at resending the check in information. Thank you! House was a convenient walk to The Pharmacy (restaurant) and Mas Taco. Also, Kroger is to the left from the front of the house and is within walking distance if you like to walk. Publix requires interstate.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The location was great! It was about 10-15 min to/from Broadway. Dishwasher & washer/dryer were great amenities! Beds are old & need to be updated. The mattresses were hard & uncomfortable. Also, I sent a message to landlord 2 times asking if early arrival was possible but no response.

The house was very nice and spacious for our group of 6. The location is close to a lot of food spots within walking distance! Nathan was in communication with us before during and after our stay. The check in process was a breeze and we really appreciate the little details he put into the house such as individual shampoo/conditioners and first aid kits as well. Thank you Nathan ! We are already planning to come back .

We had a great time in Nashville. This house was just far enough away that we didn’t deal with much traffic and Mas Tacos down the road was a huge HIT!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was perfect for our group of four couples- we each had a good size bedroom with a full bathroom attached. The kitchen and living area were clean and a nice place to spend time together. Getting to and from Broadway was a breeze- Uber was about $18 each time we used it. And we loved having lunch at the Porch, which was just about a block’s walk away. I’d recommend this place to anyone traveling to Nashville.
