Bright and beautiful studio apartment very recently renovated, located on the first floor of a family building where there is also Marina House just 50 meters from the main square of Varenna and the Silos is equipped with amenities such as: "air conditioning" "full kitchen, sofa bed meters1.60 with a mattress of cm17 thick, bathroom with shower, TV, wi-fi, beautiful view of the lake and mountains from the kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Very close you can find mini market, pharmacy, bank, tourist office, pizzerias and restaurants, station, ferry ticket office, ice cream parlors, cafes, Villa Cipressi and Villa Monastero
The same owner of Marina House, the apartment offers the best choice for the organized travel of your holidays and benefits to be able to move both by train and ferry both about 5/7 minutes from you, to access the lake just go down the district of flank and you will immediately find yourself in a small but comfortable and cute little baietta called "BEACH ROYAL. We loved this place! It was great for a little R&R from the hustle and bustle we through the rest of Italy. This was a bright and clean apartment with all the necessities provided, plus some! The host was very welcoming. The location was within in few steps of a coffee bar and a bakery. Take a few more steps and there are a handful of restaurants around the square. A few more steps down and you will be to the water and promenade in no time. The only thing that might have made it better was if the pull-out sofa was replaced with a bed, but that is a minor set back in comparison to all the wonderful things this place offers….great location, friendly host, and as clean as could be! Rent this place, you will be happy you did!

Perfectly located in Varenna, this property was ideal for my wife and me. A view of the lake, a modern apartment with all the amenities we need, a perfectly situated location in the heart of Varenna (by main plaza and church but away from busy road), and a friendly, attentive host made our stay excellent and led to this easy-to-rate 5 star review.

Perfect spot to stay in Varenna!

Lara was so helpful and gracious. Her home was spotless and well appointed. We had a beautiful view of the lake from the living room and the outside balcony. You can park in her private parking garage for a fee or up the road for free. The house was all new inside and we had a clothes washing machine too. The sofa sleeper was very comfortable. We can’t say enough about Lara and her wonderful place. Grazie Mille, Lara!

We stayed at Lara's House for our 25th Anniversary. The apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures and couldn't be in a better location! Can't wait to stay again next year.

Perfect Location

Perfect Location

Wonderfully decorated studio apartment. Amazing location: close to everything - market, TI, restaurants, bank. 6 minute walk to ferry station. Great bathroom and kitchen. Small bistro table on terrace great for afternoon sun. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Varenna is an incredibly beautiful location on Lake Como. Great restaurants to choose from. The train station is a very easy 1km walk from apartment. Great space in the apartment versus a hotel room. Lara is a wonderful host. This was jewel of a find.

it´s a very nice and brand-new apartment in the center of beautiful Varenna; a lovely bar in the house, a small "supermarket" with delicious italian food specialities; a botanic garden is around and a small beach too Varenna is a really nice place to stay for some days
