About this apartment rental

New construction, two-room apartment on two levels 200 meters from the ski lifts. Apartment for up to 5 people max. (composed of double bed, bunk bed and sofa bed).
In the living room there is a sofa bed. In the bedroom (1) there is a double bed and 2 bunk beds.

Completely new, new furniture, kitchen with oven, fridge, induction stove, video intercom, freezer. The cellar and skibox complete the apartment. Covered parking space included. the structure has a sauna and turkish bath accessible for free (only for the winter period)

With just 10 minutes by car you can reach the suggestive Terme di Pré-Saint-Didier.
Just a few numbers to describe La Thuile in winter: 2 countries with one ticket, 37 lifts, 74 slopes 'of all colors' for a total of 150 km. The cross-country trails (few) are 50 m from the apartment building.
Numerous paths start from the center of the village and reach wonderful places in the summer. Some examples: the Deffeyes refuge at the foot of the Rutor glacier, the valleys of the Orgère and Chavanne (view of Mont Blanc), Monte Belvedere, the Belvedere d'Arpy (balcony on the Bianco chain).
La Thuile is a paradise for mountain bikers: 220 km of trails between Italy and France.

In the village there are an excellent butcher, the Maison du fromage and Chocolat, pastry for gourmands.
There are numerous and different restaurants: the best is the restaurant of the Chalet Eden biohôtel in the pine forest, which offers cuisine with organic products (Le coq au vin Frazione Villaret 74 tel. 0165. 88. 50. 50); cheaper and always in the pine forest, the Taverna Coppapan, whose card changes weekly (Frazione Villaret 68); under the Taverna you will find the Pizzeria Le Dahu, with a wood oven; a stone's throw from home, La Fordze serves traditional Aosta Valley cuisine (Fraction Bathieu 28 tel. 0165. 88. 31. 21).

great appartement, very attentive lady to welcome us and help with little questions along the way!! Good location, very well furnished & equipped place. Great for a party of 3, 4 would not work so well anymore. The only downside, the place has little charm and lacks some decorative touches.

Excellent location, everything you need for a skiing holiday

Our family (5 ppl and a dog) stopped over Christmas period. Adequate facilities, the apartment had everything you need. 1st floor apartment with a lift and two balconies. Nice sauna in the block (weekends only), secure parking, close to lifts and some nice restaurants. Key hand over and collection went smoothly. Good transport links with Pre san Didier for spa and Mont Blanc skyway experience (our car broke down so had to rely on public transport which was cheap and good). Thanks for allowing us to stay, we would recommend this apartment.

cracking place to stay. Larger than the photos show. Very close to the lifts. Underground apartment. Equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend staying there.

Appartamento carino a 150 metri dalla funivia

L'appartamento carino e ben fornito.. si trova praticamente nel centro paese. Molto comoda l'uscita dalla struttura sulla strada di ingresso della funivia. La vacanza è stata ottima. Abbiamo poi trovato un tempo favoloso per tutta la settimana... che ha fatto la differenza rispetto al resto d'Italia.. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti e sicuramente ritorneremo.
