The modern villa lies in the charming community of Dolcedo, in the vicinity of the provincial capital Imperia. It is situated on the quiet Colle Lupi hill, surrounded by ten other villas.
Entrance to the villa goes via a gate on a small road. A few steps lead to the main level which offers a lounge area, a shaded terrace with a table for eating ‘al fresco’ with magnificent views over the Prino valley and a lush garden with two beautiful palm trees and a soft lawn.
A second flight of steps leads to the next garden level where the swimming pool heated at a temperature of 29 °C is located, as well as a terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. A few small steps bring you to the top terrace which offers a petanque area which can also be used as a field for badminton and other sports.
The house has two levels: the first level contains a spacious living room with a dining table and fire place, an open-plan kitchen, a large bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. The modern kitchen with a central island in a bar-counter style is equipped with a large oven, dishwasher and many appliances.
A spiral staircase in the living room leads to the second floor which houses two large bedrooms, a smaller room with a bunk bed, a laundry room, separate toilet and a large bathroom with a shower and bath tub and a stunning view.

We had a great stay. The view was amazing, the house very clean and very well equipped, The pool is fantastic. The host was very helpful as was Ester the person who is in charge at the location. We had a lot of fun in this lovely region and can recommend the house absolutely.

Traumhafte Unterkunft für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub
In dieser modernen Villa fehlt es den Gästen an nichts, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, abgelegen und ruhig. In ca 15 Minuten ist man in dem kleinen Örtchen sowie am Strand. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Perfekt für 2 Familien, top durchdachter Pool
Alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Alles da und noch mehr (was von Vorgängern an Küchenutensilien dagelassen wurde).
Der Pool ist der Hammer. Beim Sprungbrett tief an den Seiten und Eingangstreppe flacher. Die Seiten sind aus einem Material, das rutschfest ist. Zwei Jungs, die ständig und überall rumrennen haben es geschafft kein einzigesmal auszurutschen. Großer Vorteil, drum explizit bewertet.

Der Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Die Lage und die Aussicht unglaublich schön.
Die Villa ist sauber und super ausgestattet. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt.

Top-Villa in Bella Liguria
super ausgestattetes Haus für die große Familie; es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Tolle Küche, super Blick bis zum Meer. Beheizter Pool, Boule-Bahn, schön angelegter Garten.
Kleine Wermutstropfen: Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist nichts für Ängstliche; ein nicht zu großes Auto wirkt beruhigend (mein BMW war nicht ganz ideal für die steile, enge Strecke), ab dem dritten mal wird's freilich zur Routine.
Die Stechmücken ließen sich von Autan und Anti-Brumm nicht wirklich beeindrucken.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien im Juli 2019 in der Villa. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Beste ist die Terrasse mit dem grandiosen Ausblick und der Pool

Wat een fantastische plek!
Wanneer je houdt van privacy en het niet erg vindt dat de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt een autoritje van zo'n 10 minuten is, heb je hier een fantastische plek. De villa is prachtig, de tuin eromheen is geweldig, maar het allerfijnst is toch wel het verwarmde zwembad. De kinderen hebben alle dagen gezwommen bij een buitentemperatuur van gemiddeld 18 graden, want het zwembadwater is 27 graden (wel even na het zwemmen het kleed weer over het zwembad doen om de warmte erin te houden). De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ritje ernaartoe vanaf Imperia is goed te doen, maar het weggetje ernaartoe vanaf de provinciale weg is een hele uitdaging. In de weg zit een zgn. "blind summit", waardoor je niet goed ziet waar je heen moet rijden. De eerste keer dat je naar de villa toe rijdt, is dat wel even een schrikmoment, maar het went gelukkig al snel. Het fantastische uitzicht op het dal, de zee en de olijfboomgaarden, de geluiden van de vogels en 's avonds van de kikkers: het is een paradijselijke plek! En maak eens een ritje naar het achterland! De verstilde dorpjes, het geluid van de koebellen, de prachtige natuur.... Kortom: aanbevelenswaardig!

Property did not fully meet our expectations. House , amenities & pool were satisfactory/fine.. Bed linen & beds were unsatisfactory. Mosquito nets covering beds needed cleaning/replacement. These issues are readily fixed.
Property was isolated & somewhat difficult to find. Our inexperience of the area compounded this problem. Road from nearest town was narrow & winding.& side road to house difficult to negotiate. Views from house which is high up in the hills were very good.

Uniek Verblijf
Al vele jaren komen wij in Toscane en Umbrië. Afgelopen jaar was het in Umbrië zo warm dat we toch in de nabijheid van de zee wilden zijn. Nooit eerder aan Ligurië gedacht, de bloemenrivièra zoals ze die noemen. Een voltreffer.
Zo anders maar zo mooi. Een heel ander Italië leer je kennen.
Het huis is in één woord schitterend. Van alle vorige recensies is niets gelogen of overdreven.
Wij kwamen aan in een hevige regenbui en in het donker maar toen we 's morgens de blinden openden konden we een schitterend vergezicht aanschouwen met een weidse blik op de zee. Dan waan je je echt de koning te rijk en heb je maar één zorg: deze vakantie gaat voorbij . En dat is het enige nadeel aan dit huis: je wilt er niet meer weg.
De inrichting is geweldig. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig en de keuken is super compleet. Een genot om in te koken. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd en de slaapkamers zijn met o.a. de klamboe's geweldig ingericht. En niet te vergeten: de bedden zijn allemaal van topkwaliteit. Er is nergens op bezuinigd.
Het zwembad is de optimale plek voor verkoeling waar het voor iedereen genieten is zelfs 's-avonds met de verlichting aan.
Het aanbod in winkels is ruim. De supermarkt is in de zomer zelfs tot 24.00 uur geopend. Waar vind je dat?
Zowel Imperia als Dolcedo zijn fijne plaatsen maar de meeste tijd verbleven wij in Porto Maurizio waar het vooral 's-avonds gezellig is. Met geweldige restaurants waarbij Sailors onze voorkeur had.
Afsluitend. Geweldig huis, geweldige omgeving, geweldige vakantie. Oh ja. Het weer was ook geweldig.

A lovley house in a quiet area not far from Imperia. We loved the pool, the surroundings an all the fasilities in the house. The only thing missing is air-condition in the bedrooms. We got good information all the way. Love to come back

We have had a wonderfull stay with our three children during our eastern leaves. My daughter who had to prepare her exams founded an absolute silent meanwhile our two boys colonized the pool. And the parents were happy to enjoy the breath-taking view and the quality of the local landscape and food.

Le top dans une magnifique région
La villa est conforme à la description et même encore mieux. Super équipée, avec plein de petites choses à disposition très agréables (planches piscine, raquettes, boules petanque, adaptateurs...). La piscine chauffée est un vrai bonheur. Une vue magnifique sur la vallée, un seul regret, n'y être restés qu'une semaine. Sur, nous reviendrons. Mention particulière à Ester et Luigi, très sympathiques dans leur gestion de la maison sur place.

Fantastischer Urlaub
Wir (2 Familien) haben einen phantastischen 2-wöchigen Urlaub in der sehr schönen Villa verbracht! Der beheizte Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wir haben sehr oft in der sehr gut ausgestatteten und geräumigen Küche gekocht und abends auf der Terrasse die traumhafte Aussicht über Imperia genossen. Ein einmaliger Blick! Auch ein großer Weber-Gasgrill steht auf der Terrasse für die Gäste zur Verfügung. Abends waren auf der Terrasse einiges Moskitos, so dass man sich gut mit einem Schutz einsprühen musste. In der Villa selbst, sind alle Betten mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet, so dass es da keine Probleme gab. Das W-Lan funktioniert in der Villa einwandfrei. Die Übergabe verlief sehr unkompliziert und reibungslos.
Wir waren uns alle einig: es war traumhaft und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir waren 2 Familien. 4 Erwachsene uns 4 Kinder. Wir haben 7 wundervolle Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Alles war Top.
Traumhafte Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Ruhig. Toller Pool. Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Aber dann 2 Wochen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool & bestem Blick
Wir waren im April das erste mal in Italien .
Eine Woche mit zwei Familien .
Das Haus ist einfach super, sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war das Highlight für alle Kids ... Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet... Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub !!!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus, attraktiv angelegter Garten/Pool mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer oberhalb von Imperia gelegen. Gute Ausstattung, unkomplizierte Organisation.
Sehr viele Mücken, Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern wäre sinnvoll.

Heerlijk huis met prachtig uitzicht
Wij vonden het huis in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto's. Het huis is zo ruim dat iedereen lekker zijn gang kan gaan zonder elkaar in de weg te lopen. De tafel op het terras is lekker ruim en het uitzicht daar is zo fantastisch dat je de hele avond met veel plezier buiten zit. Het is heel stil. Zwembad is heerlijk. Alles is er, hele fijne keuken met lekker grote ijskast en vriezer. Geweldig!

Sehr schöne Ferienvilla bei Imperia
Die Ferienvilla ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub braucht. Die hochwertige Landhausküche hat uns besonder gut gefallen, aber auch die Schlafzimmer, Bäder, das Wohnzimmer und die Terrassen sind umfangreich und hochwertig möbliert. Auch die Sauberkeit des Hauses war sehr erfreulich. Garten und Pool sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt.
Die Lage ist etwas abseits, außerhalb von Dolcedo und ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit nach Imperia und dem Meer. Zum Strand ca. 15 Minuten Fahrzeit. Die Zufahrt ist etwas eng und holprig.

The villa provided a lovely, relaxing holiday in a gorgeous setting with spectacular views. We stayed for a week with our five young children and they loved it, especially that it was a heated pool! The host very responsive and the villa fully equipped with everything we needed. Definitely recommend.
