About this house rental
Experience the solitude and peace of the Kettle Moraine forest while remaining within walking distance of the beautiful resort town of Elkhart Lake! Our lovely Chalet is nestled within a beautiful, rolling landscape which was sculpted by glaciers during the last Ice Age. In fact, the Chalet is surrounded by many noteworthy glacial features, including a magnificent "esker". Breathe the fresh air and immerse yourself in the wonders of this unique place.
The Chalet will be yours and yours alone. There will not be any other guests on the property. Nobody will have access to the Chalet other than you during the duration of your stay.
You'll enjoy clean white towels, clean white bedding, and will have a mini-fridge to yourself. You'll be supplied with eco-friendly soap, and the water is fresh and clean from a private well.
We will look forward to greeting you upon arrival, after that the whole space is yours. At your request, we will set up a campfire for you each night. You are also welcome to enjoy the nature trail which meanders through our beautiful, forested property. This is as good as it gets.
If you submit a payment in this app to book the chalet, your donation will be utilized to maintain the property, stock amenities, pay taxes and cover all 3rd party fees. We are also proud to allocate a portion of your donation to support a variety of worthy charities. I really enjoyed my stay at Esker Ridge. I got in quite late and everything was well communicated in advance. I was able to work and enjoy the quiet solitude of the beautiful setting as there was good connectivity with both provided Internet and 5G from the tower.
The setting is wonderful and the communication between the owners was really good. These folks have integrity and I would definately consider staying there again when in the area. As value for money is really good considering what you get.
There is absolutely no noise and the nature with the trees in a secluded enviornment was wonderful to get back to after busy days spent in the region.
There are probably more check boxes I could select if I had utilized them. WP

The property is beautiful and the chalet is very clean and comfortable. They have a friendly cat that greeted me and they have chickens that roam around the property during the day. The rooster is stunning! The town is very quaint and friendly!

This property was exactly as described ,clean comfortable. It was very charming to be greeted by the flock of chickens maintained by the owners. Jim and Angela were wonderful hosts, giving us our privacy, yet always there when we needed them. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this property.

We come for the race and then escape to the tranquillity of this house and it’s surroundings, although less than 10 minutes from the track.

Unfortunately, my Mother-in -law passed away on the day we had scheduled to travel to this destination, so we were unable to make the trip. We were very much looking g forward to our pre-paid trip, but we’re unable to get there due to the death in the family.

This chalet was so comfortable and quiet. The heated floors in the winter were top notch. 😊 The landscape was gorgeous, the bed was comfy, and the room was impeccably clean. The host was very responsive to all of our questions and gave us an excellent recommendation for pizza. While this chalet is near their home, there was plenty of privacy and we really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back at some point. We really loved our little break from reality.

This is our third stay and will definitely be back. Love it here. Close to town, but very quiet and peaceful. Host’s Jim and Angela are very caring and accommodating.

Just one suggestion for owner, dwelling needs a rack or closet for hanging garments. An Ironing board and iron would also enhance. Owner is in process of adding a deck to the dwelling which will be a very nice addition.

Couldn’t Be Better!
This was our second stay at this property and it was as pleasant as the first. Very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Jim and Angela are wonderful hostesses! Looking forward to our next stay.

The property was very beautiful, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The host was very generous and communication was very easy. I highly recommend this site if you want to visit Elkhart Lake and Lake Michigan. It was a a very memorable visit and we hope to visit again!
