Heerlijk kleinschalig hotel

De inrichting was heerlijk rustgevend. Het personeel ontzettend aardig en service gericht. Zo'n fijne plek om tot rust te komen.

Wonderful vacation in a fantastic hotel

The wonderful staff, who always has a smile on their faces, the clean, comfortable, modern and nice rooms, Manolis Cappuccino, best ever, tasty breakfast and so on. Everything was just beautiful in this hotel. I will certainly be back soon!

Lovely fresh boutique hotel - rooms with superb facilities

Fabulous boutique hotel in a quiet location but close to the beach, tavernas shops etc. Really friendly staff. Great breakfast with huge choices changing each day. Rooms are amazing - really spacious. Kitchen facilities ample if you wish to self cater. Bathroom roomy and shower powerful with several settings. Housekeeping really efficient - all completed whilst we ate breakfast. Swimming pool area clean with plenty of loungers and umberellas. Ample car parking around the hotel

Really enjoyed it

Breakfast was excellent. Pool nice (but cold!). Excellent long beach 2 minutes' walk away. The room was exceptional.

A little luxury, lots of space and lovely staff

The hotel is stylish, airy and our king suite with sea and pool views spacious and well furnished. The beds and bedding very comfortable. and there is a luxe shower with four types of shower head. Gorgeous smelling shower gel, shampoo and handwash. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast is plentiful, fresh and with lots of variety, includes freshly squeezed orange juice and barista coffee.

Wonderful hotel with amazing stuff, big and nice breakfasts, cozy rooms and great atmosphere. Kind and attentive stuff, especially the man who makes excellent cappuccino every breakfast. He was very welcoming and helped us a lot to find a transfer to our next destination. We highly recommend the hotel if you visit Plakias!

Excellent and comfortable hotel with super friendly staff.

We really enjoyed there. Hotel is so comfortable, cosy and modern. Guests can really enjoy and relax there. Perfect for couples, families…excellent location just few minutes from the city center and the beach. Staff is so friendly, nice and willing to help. Rooms are modern and equiped with everything you need. Great value for money.

Beautiful oasis in the backstreets of Plakias

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special at Cyano. Every detail is covered from the friendly and welcoming staff to the surprise birthday cake in the fridge in our room waiting for us. The site is well designed and modern and immaculately clean. Rooms are comfortable with quality furnishings, decor and amenities. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful as was the coffee which was made to order. The cocktails at the pool bar are good value for money and highly recommended. We would certainly stay at Cyano again if we ever return to Plakias and I have already recommended it to friends who visit Plakias regularly.

The only slight issue we had was with two children who were consistently screaming and throwing tantrums around the pool, which did spoil our enjoyment a little. They were also throwing what sounded like a ball against our adjoining room wall. However this is a family friendly hotel so some noise is expected.

Excellent stay with wonderful stuff

Excellent breakfast. Perfect location. Immaculate rooms. Professional and courteous stuff. The pool was extremely clean. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are fully eqipped and very modern. Absolutely nothing to complain about, we truly had a wonderful stay.

Very pleasurable.. it was hard to leave

Amazing staff, very attentive and organised. They keep in radio communication so when you go to breakfast your room is cleaned before you return. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms are spacious, bathroom is great, everything is clean and air conditioning is very quiet and very effective.

It is very difficult to think of anything I did not like. The bedside light switches were in a slightly awkward place is about the only thing I can think of!

fabulous hotel and staff, however strong winds spoiled our time there

very clean, lovely good size quiet room, comfortable bed, good air conditioning and wifi, well equipped. all the staff went out of there way to be friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A bottle of wine, water and large bowl of fruit in the room plus welcome drink of our choice and snacks on arrival. nice pool area. good location

The property was exceptional. the only problem the area of Plakias is very very windy so beware.

Beautifully stylish and spacious accommodation, friendly staff, peaceful location. and amazing breakfast . One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Crete
