The laundry is on the second floor making family rentals a breeze! Vaulted ceilings and three large bedrooms and a large updated and decorated bathroom compliment the second floor. The first bedroom has two twin beds with all new linens. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with all new linens and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two twins with all new Linens and plenty of storage. The second floor bath is large and bright with all new towels. Around the back of the cottage is a huge private yard with a family size deck and furnishings. A new outside shower added 2023! Enjoy a meal or family get together in seclusion! Mature plantings grace the property and add to the privacy. One off street parking space in large driveway. Once you are settled in our Nantucket Cottage take a stroll down Historic Orange Street to Main Street and enjoy all that town has to offer. Walk to the harbor and take a sail on the Endeavor or dine in one of the fantastic restaurants, all a short walk from the cottage! The Wave Bus runs all over the island and stops in front of our property, take a day to explore, bring a map and a camera with you! Children welcome!
