This vacation home is ideal for several families or groups of friends. Located in the Ardennes, it is equipped with all the necessary luxuries, as evidenced by the presence of a sauna and hydromassage shower.
The villa is located on the edge of the forest, 300 meters from the center of Sourbrodt. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy beautiful walks and nature. The nearest restaurants and stores are 12 km away, and the border with Germany is not far either. The accommodation is located opposite the Hoge Venen nature park, near Botrange and Rigi mountain. There's plenty to do in the area, summer and winter alike. The RAVEL hiking trail passes close to the house, you can go mountain biking in the countryside and the nearest ski lift is 2 km away. You can picnic on the shores of the lake 3 km from the accommodation.
Accommodation with Wi-Fi access includes a games library with no fewer than 750 board games. After relaxing in the sauna, you can enjoy a refreshing drink at the bar, which also has a pool table. There's a large garden with a terrace, where you can relax in the open air while preparing grilled meats on the barbecue. The accommodation also features a ping-pong table, petanque court, soccer pitch and playground with slide and swing.

Very nice place for large groups. The beds are very nice, and the availability of hundreds of games, playground, pooltable,tabletennis, sauna makes it perfect. Kitchen is well equipped. The surrounding are very nice for cycling and hiking.

The house was amazing, the gaming options in the house were outstanding (500+ board games, billiard, table tennis, etc. etc.). We fully enjoyed the villa, but also the surroundings!

Grote tuin, mooi verzorgd huis, veel speelmogelijkheden voor de kids. Eigenaars wonen ernaast dus bij vragen altijd iemand aanwezig. Niet alle keukenmateriaal zoals grote ovenschotel aanwezig maar voor de rest prima prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding.

Het huis is alles behalve nieuw, maar erg netjes en compleet ingericht. De eigenaar is behulpzaam en er zijn verschillende winkels in de buurt waar je overal vriendelijk geholpen wordt.

Très bon séjour. Belle maison et très beaux extérieurs. Cependant la maison vieilli, l'acoustique des chambres du deuxième étage par rapport aux bruit de la rue n'est pas top.

We zijn er zeer vriendelijk ontvangen,eens we de rondleiding kregen met de nodige uitleg voelden we ons er al heel goed bij,een zeer net en gezellig huis met al de nodige dingen om het verblijf goed te laten verlopenHet huisje hadden we al eerder opgezocht en de omgeving op internet bekeken wat de mogelijkheden waren om ons verblijf ten volle te benutten als het goed weer waszelfs al verbleef je daar dan had je keus genoeg om in de tuin je te vermakenkinderen waren er niet bij maar we hebben ons reuze geamuseerd met de verschillende spellen.Eens het avond was gingen we biljarten en sjotten,tafeltenissen.
De toeristische trekpleisters zijn het meer van Butchenbach,de Botrange ,Baraque Michel,Robertville de verschillende fietsroutes,wandelwegen(Ravelroute,de Vehnbahn .
Een bezoekje naar Monschau is ook altijd leuk meegenomen
Een ideale vakantie voor iedereen,rust plezier,cultuur,natuur,sportief(iedereen komt aan bod) en wil je eens doorzakken dan kan je bij de eigenaar (bierhandel) ernaast een keuze maken van al dat lekkers.

Leuke omgeving, ruim etablissement, iets wat verouderd qua interieur. Kookplaat en Senseo waren deels defect. Verder voorzien van alle comfort.

Aankomst was kort en bondig. Accommodatie was top qua ontspanningsmogelijkheden. Ook de keuken, wasmachine en droogkast zeer goed. De bedden waren heel wat minder. En tenslotte, de BBQ was vuil en vies. Uitgecheckt hebben we zonder iemand te zien.

La maison est très belle et spacieuse. je trouve qu'il manqué quelques grands plats pour cuisiner . Dans les chambres avec lits bébés 2 lits d'une personnes côte à côte ne sont pas très agréable&ables pour des couples. Sinon c'était vraiment chouette. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de voir le propriétaire mais je l'ai eu au téléphone , un monsieur très sympathique.

Ontzettend leuk huis in een fraaie omgeving. Wandelwegen vanuit het huis, bakkertje verderop. En in huis ook genoeg te doen, we hebben ons kostelijk geamuseerd. Helaas geen gebruik kunnen maken van de tuin, maar als het weer het toelaat is die vast ook heerlijk. Een kleine tip; op de overloop zou van ons een iets fellere lamp mogen hangen.

It was a very nice house which was much to do. In the basement we have our wonderful time with foosball, pool and sauna. There is also a lounge with a large table where you can sit, eat and socializing. Good conversations are all easily The rooms all look well cared for. Unfortunately, the doorposts on the top floor and in the basement rather low average to tall person so you do occasionally have to bend. As The landlord was very welcoming and sincere.

We have a lovely weekend at Villa Vincent. It is a lovely house with a nice big kitchen, spacious dining area and nice sitting area. Also, with the bedrooms and bathrooms is nothing wrong with that. Because there is still no one was watching we enjoyed fluctuated in the backyard. R nThe owner is a very friendly, helpful man who lives next to the house. Behind his house he has a liquor store. Following our 30 year wedding anniversary we went there with the children and grandchildren on a weekend uit.De combination of ample play opportunities for children and young adults have our highly birth. The table tennis, playground, petanque, billiards and foosball were all gebruikt.De kitchen with ample opportunities created a pleasant atmosphere (no washing because there was a dishwasher, hobs that worked well enough to cook for a large group, a sufficiently large table to all eat together). Only the area was a bit disappointing, since there was little or nothing to do. If you like a tourist excursion does must surely soon 20 km rijden.Wij have a very enjoyable weekend and will certainly not fail again to look for a house via Belvilla.

Due to the altitude, it is often cold and windy, so that might be nice

Delicious enjoyed at Villa Vincent. Beautiful, spacious house for 12 people. The seating for 12 people or to the small customer, but is attached to the spacious dining room for 12, so no problem. At the front of the house adjacent to a busier street where quite smooth driving. The children draw however automatically to the backyard with all play equipment. Very friendly and helpful owners live next to the Villa. Highly recommended!
