It was very bad for us last day of our vacation

It was a good breakfast location was very nice and peacefully

I didn't like that there was no extra linen for us to change our bedrooms. The Giser had a problem our last morning no water for tea or to bath ourselves. No plan B from them we had to go to next door for help. 😭

Awesome, safe, and clean accommodation

I loved everything about the place, especially the view. It was clean and the host communicated effectively. I would recommend this place to anyone planning to travel to CT. I will definitely make use of this place again.

Not that I didn't like it, but rather for feedback and improvement purposes. *The security when we were accessing parking disagreed with us about key issues. I am sure if he had a reliever, he would have taken us to Reception to get the keys. &The stove to be revamped to show the numbers to manage the usage, it was difficult to use.

Excellent view, very spacious and clean. All the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. Comfortable rooms and beds. Clean linen and towels. Heaters to warm the rooms was very welcome with the cold weather

Shower not really for disabled as they need to step over a step and Shower head fixed to wall . Unable to Shower my mom .

Superb

The instructions were very precise and clear, so we found the place easily. The host was very friendly, helpful and always available. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a nice size balcony with a view of the sea. Parking is secure and undercover.

a very old fashioned appartement in bad condition. not clean, dirthy bathrooms, craiks in the bath, a Floor that neads t

nothing…….. much to expensive for that price…….. A310 Lagoon Beach appartement is in bad condition, lot of things needs maintenance, a washing machine that is not working, no dish washer, furniture is very old, the beds are very old, problems with the front door lock etc.

Our stay was not very exciting.

Customer service could be improved.

Location was great with a magnificent view of the beach. There is a nice restaurant on the premises too. Safe area.

The landlord did not keep her promise to allow early check-in despite supplement requested and paid on Booking.com. To add insult to injury, she asked for a 9h30 checkout on the departure day.. Cleaning was suboptimal.

The place was easily accessible, well-equipped, with a nice view of the lagoon. Visited the restaurant on the property twice. However, there were enough toiletries available to bath a whale! Thank you for that!

We were only allowed to check in after 15:00. Usual check-in time is 14:00 to enable occupants to get comfortable, or take a nap, etc. The owner should reconsider check-in time. Complimentary coffee, tea and milk would have been great. The hand soap dispensers were empty.

The place was beautiful, the view! It was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very accommodating and always available. Thank you very much Brigette!

The only thing i would want changed is the check in and check out time. Host was gracious enough to let us check in an hour earlier though. But a 9.30 am check out is a little too early. LOL But that is really all. Will definitely stay there again soon!
