About this apartment rental
The living room is illuminated by large windows, has a generous area, and is equipped with a sofa bed, a smart 4k TV with Netflix. In the same space as the living room, there is a dining area and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook, including a stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, and even dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You will also find a washing machine in this space.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a premium mattress for a restful sleep, a large wardrobe for clothes, a chest of drawers, and a smart 4k TV with Netflix. Blackout curtains have been installed for those who do not want to be awakened by natural light. Everything is in a pleasant and relaxing environment.
The bathroom has a bathtub, and here you will find towels, shampoo, shower gel, and all the necessary items.
A super central location, well-positioned and surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, and promenades.
Guests can access the entire reserved space without restrictions. There are NO shared spaces with other guests.
We are available from 08:00 to 22:00. After this time, we may not respond to messages, but we have an emergency phone number if needed.
To avoid any misunderstandings, we ask guests to read the house rules before finalizing the reservation.
RO 1. Toți oaspeții/vizitatorii trebuie să prezinte un act de identitate cu fotografie, pașaport sau carte națională de identitate pentru cetățenii UE (nu se acceptă permisul de conducere) pentru a fi înregistrați, în conformitate cu legislația română. Documentul va fi trimis online, prin intermediul Airbnb, înainte de ora de check-in. Refuzul acestei solicitări duce la anularea rezervării fără rambursare. 2. Fumatul în interiorul proprietății este strict interzis, iar încălcarea acestei reguli va fi sancționată cu 100 EUR. 3. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and violation of this rule will be fined 100 EUR. 3. Bedding and other supplies are for the comfort and use of our guests. They belong and must remain on the premises. Make-up, blood or any other type of stains on bed linen and towels that cannot be removed by normal washing will be charged. Any damage to furniture or other essentials will also be charged. 4. No shoes in the house. You will find slippers among the towels. 5. Netflix is free, but rarely, this service might be interrupted for unknown technical problems. Please consider this when booking our property.
