Needs to be better quality and better facilities

Good space, 2 good size bedrooms and kitchen

Everything was unfinished or had a poor finish, just needed a bit more time and effort putting into the place. Pictures make it look better than it is, communication with owner was hard work and wasn’t told about a £150 deposit that needed to be paid until 2 days before arrival

Perfect London Stay

Great location. Close to public transport and shops. This was a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with all the home comforts necessary for a short holiday. There was a bus stop right on the door step that ran a service to and from Heathrow Airport. Another bus ran from the same stop to the Elizabeth line right to the centre of London. All in all a great spot and such gem.

Handy location, secure & Clean apartment.

Secure apartment, plenty of room, spacious apartment & very clean. Free off street parking. Across the road from bus stop & local shops.

Traffic noise, as located corner of a busy road.

Good apt value for money but need good utilities and very good communication to customer.

was near to Heathrow airport and near shops and bus station. Clean and comfortable

The owner communication was very poor to the stage you feel fair when you need him. Location wasn’t easy to find the apt as the address is at the corner while we are looking on the name of street he provided to us but we couldn’t get it even local people couldn’t when we called the owner unfortunately no reply

Amazing modern, spacious clean space. Great host

.Amazing modern, clean space, just as advertised. We also got the extra nice heatwave this weekend so were able to appreciate it that much more. Good shopping/eating locations nearby aswell as a lovely peaceful park we discovered close by Amazing host BIG warm shout out to "Aaron", our friendly host. He not have done more to make our stay comfortable :) Thank you for the extra fans at our request they were much needed and appreciated. Aaron was always on hand if any issues/queries arose. Smooth check in and free instant parking which was a rare treat to find :) We wouldnt hesitate in returning again. Thank you!! X

At a stretch, I would say more kitchen/cleaning facilties and towels, although we spent a good amount of our time out enjoying the great weather :)

Such a shame ! This feels like an unloved space could really be great with a little bit of TLC

Great location, very handy for lots of areas and certainly good for our trip

This property is let down by the lack of investment in the maintenance of the property. Toilet area was a hazard and I don’t think the bedrooms had been cleaned properly for months ! The curtain rail was waiting to fall off the window and the windows were really dirty. coffee table was delicate to say the least The entrance to the property ( shared space) was smelly and filthy, the bannister was particularly grubby.

15 min walk to tesco superstore, 5/10min drive to the chimes shopping centre for restaurants and odeon. half an hour

spacious, modern interior. secure parking. the lady that met us was very helpful and friendly.

not v soundproof to other residents going in and out of the building.

The Best

The cleanliness, the privacy, location was amazing, not obvious and at night, there’s no disturbance at all. Host was extremely kind, came to visit us to make sure we are all well settled.

Spacious apartment, nicely furnished and well equipped.

Bedding and towels stained and ripped, We had to contact the owner for clean towels and bedding. Once contacted the owner resolved the issue promptly.

Very good

It is a very nice apartment with everything you need. The space is great for families and the host is very good with all his communication. The location is also good to get to different parts of London and you also get parking which is a big bonus.

There was quite a lot of noise one night from an apartment above but this is something that is hard to control.
