Waterfront Log Cabin is the perfect family home. Rustic Charm. Beautiful Views. Screened in Patio. Private Dock. Located in Sunrise Beach! Places to Eat: Franky and Louie's Beachfront Bar and GrillWelcome to Waterfront Log Cabin! Situated on the 36 mm of the main channel. Right around the corner from Captain Rons. (Located on the 34.5) Branding Iron Tavern at Trails End Captain Ron's Big Bear Resort The CaveWoods grocery store in Sunrise Beach is about five minutes from the house. The Bagnell Dam Strip is a short Twenty minute drive across the toll bridge. Bagnell Dam Strip has: Malted Monkey Tuckers Shuckers Casablanca Baxters JB Hooks Neon Taco Arcade Games Ice Cream Hot Summer Nights: Car show- Starting in May About the house: Main Floor: Kitchen/Livingroom: Full kitchen stocked with cups, plates and utensils. Large island for food prep. Kitchen overlooks the livingroom with TV and couch. Master bedroom: King Bed with private attached bathroom. Master bath featured a walk in closet with stand up shower. Step outside from the master bedroom onto the screened in patio. Half Bath: Located just off the livingroom Loft: Queen Bed, Twin Trundle bed. Stairs to go upstairs are just off the Livingroom. Downstairs/ Basement area: Livingroom: Tv, pull out couch and kids games Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with TV. Walk out to the patio and enjoy the view. Bedroom 3: Six Twin beds. Stacked three high! Perfect for the kids! Full bathroom: Tub/shower combo. Located between bedroom 2-3. Patio: Upper floor patio: Screened in with Blackstone flattop grill Lower floor patio: Sitting area Dock: Swim platform with sitting area. Great to watch the kids hang out and enjoy the water. Feel free to bring a boat! Boat rentals are nearby! You are welcome to tie a boat up along the side of the dock. Parking: This house is located down a gravel road. When you arrive at the property please pull your vehicles down the hill towards the house. Four to Five cars will fit nicely. Please feel free to park your boat trailer on the driveway. House Rules: Primary Guest must be 25 or older No Bachelor/Bachelorette Groups or Parties No smoking No Pets No Events Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 7am A rental agreement will need to be signed upon reservation confirmation.

Great property! Well stocked, clean kitchen. Adorable decor throughout. The whole process went smoothly; reservation- to checkout. The property mgmt group was responsive & polite the whole time. Truly appreciated this location for our family reunion in the Ozarks

The screened in porch has a great view and a great place to start the day. The dock was great as well, plenty of room to tie our boat up, swimming, and fishing. Would have left 5 stars if they would have at least disclosed the ring security cameras everywhere.

Week at the Lake

Our stay was great we had 11 adults and all slept very comfortably. The house was very clean and beautiful, the dock was a very nice place to sit soak in some sun and watch the boats go by. Plus it is a very quiet area.

My husband and I and our 4 best friends and all of our kids were so excited for our vacation at Sunrise Beach. We got down there and completely unpacked (mind you there was 7 small children with us). To realize the sump pump in the basement had been backing up. The property manager had called me about a half an hour beforehand (we drove 4.5 hours to get there). It was a Kansas number so I didn't answer and there was no voicemail left. The property manager offered us a replacement place to stay that night or we could stay and "rough it." As the secondary option was not suitable for us (twin beds and outdoor furniture indoors) we decided to rough it for the night. During the night the basement flooded into the bedrooms and was a huge mess. The next day the property manager came to speak with us and told us that not only would we be compensated for that first night but that she would get us more money back for our trouble. She was able to find us another place to stay that was suitable but it wasn't lake front nor did it have it's own dock. Our entire vacation was completely changed by this. We had to travel with 7 kids to go swimming and fishing and it definitely wasnt the vacation we had planned. The house itself was beautiful and we would have loved to stay there. After far too much haggling we never recieved the extra money back for our time and trouble. As I said, the property itself was fantastic but the way the property manager handled the situation was not. I will never work with Manage Me or it's affiliates again!

Great Place in the lake
Great place for our group of 5. Right on the water and wonderful decks that over look it. Only issue we had was that there were gentlemen doing construction on the place when we got there. Property manager had no idea it was happening and phone number on the listing wasn't even right. But I messaged and he got right back with a solution. Construction guys saw us and cleared out pretty quick, so it all ended up fine.

Awesome home!
Great place to stay. Close to a boat ramp which made things a lot easier. Only gave it 4 stars because the power to the outlets on the dock was cut. So we had to run an extension cord from the home to charge the boat batteries. Other than that, beautiful home and beautiful view of the lake.

Beautiful!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The view of the lake was amazing! There were only 3 of us, but there was plenty of room for a large family. All amenities were great. The upstairs screened porch was so nice and we loved the downstairs porch as well. We would definitely love to come back!!

Great rental cabin
My friends and I stayed here off season to celebrate a birthday. We had a great time. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space (only five of us). Four bedrooms, two and a half baths. The main level balcony is screened in. It was too bad our stay was cold and rainy; we could not hang out outside. The basement level was the egress to the dock. Nice and easy to gain access to the house with numbered door lock. We arrived late evening, so driving to the house was a little tricky mainly because of lack of "street" lights. And since it had been raining, the pathways were muddy and tricky to get up the hill. We only stayed for two days; we hope to book the place again when it gets warmer!
