About this house rental

- Located in the right corner of Barequeçaba beach, two blocks from the beach (no need to take a car);

- Large living room with comfortable sofas, cable TV, fireplace and internal toilet;

- Complete kitchen with 02 refrigerators (frost-free), stove, microwave, appliances and dishes;

- 04 suites in the main house, with air conditioning;

- Edicule 01 with 06 accommodations (02 couples and 02 single) with space for mattresses, private bathroom and fans;

- Edicule 02 with a double room with air conditioning, a bunk bed in the living room and private bathroom;

- Large recreation area with barbecue, pizza oven, table for 10 people, stereo and pool table;

- Swimming pool with hydromassage beach, waterfall, 02 showers, sun loungers, chairs and tables; (pool maintenance included in the daily rate)

- Private garage for 03 cars;

A casa é boa, mas suja. A limpeza e conservação deixam a desejar. O check-in das 10h00 não foi respeitado. Eu cheguei no imóvel as 14h00, mas minha família chegou antes e a casa não estava pronta. Não imaginei que precisasse avisar o horário de chegada, visto que o horário de check-in é 10h00 imagino que a acasa deveria estar limpa. Dos 6 dias de hospedagem ficamos 2 dias sem piscina, a água ficou verde sem tratamento adequado, portanto sem condições de banho. Não recomendo.

Casa completa, bem espaçosa, aconchegante, muito bem cuidada e com uma ótima localização. Os proprietários são super atenciosos e tudo muito limpinho. A padaria e o mercadinho são ótimos! super recomendo!!! super recomendo!!!
