ruhig, angenehm, viel unternommen, super nette Familie

Wir haben 5 Nächte im Baan Hotelier Resort verbracht und jeden Tag sehr genossen. Ruhig, mitten in der Natur, abseits vom Trubel. Trotzdem ist uns nie langweilig geworden. Die Gespräche mit der Gastgeberfamilie waren sehr angenehm und interessant und die beiden haben sich sehr angenehm ohne aufdringlich zu sein um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Für den ersten Tag haben sie eine Kennenlerntour für uns organisiert bei der wir den ganzen Tag von einem tuc tuc Fahrer zu verschiedenen Lokalitäten gefahren wurden. Das war richtig gut und interessant und auch vom Preis her total günstig. Die anderen Tage sind wir mit einem scooter rumgefahren, den sie uns besorgt hatten. Die Ziele haben sie uns empfohlen. Einen Tag auch ein Kurzbesuch auf der Insel Kho Chang. Richtig gut! Wir haben es bedauert, dann doch irgendwann weiterfahren zu müssen, aber so ist das halt. Wir hoffen, dass wir noch einmal die Gelegenheit haben hinzufahren.

凌晨入住，店员都很热情接待。装修很有想法，被花园丛林包围的感觉。老板一家都很热情友善。

位置适合自驾，不开车前往会比较麻烦。老板养鸡，所以早上会被鸡鸣叫醒。

Superb

Very nice and quiet place perfect for couples and solo travelers. Beautiful garden and very warm welcome from the owners. Easy to reach from Trat airport (highly recommended to book transfer - pick up directly from arrival), easy to reach ferry pier to Ko Chang. If time is available - Trat is in few minutes drive for very good massage or dinner. Very clean comfortable room with nice balcony.

One of the better rooms in the price range I have come accorss in Thailand. Exceptional host paying attention to detail.

Unfortunately a bit secluded, so be sure to have a scooter available.

I highly recommend

Very good and quiet place , the room was very big and the owner helped us to organize many things about our trip, book our boat to Koh kood and rented us a scooter so we can explore Trat. I highly recxomend.

impeccable experience

The hotel service and facilities are beyond my expectation comparing to the price. I have found out later that the owner of this property has a strong background in hospitality for 30 years in several 5 stars hotel in Bangkok before returning to run his own business here.

Beautiful design, green, in a quiet surreal location amidst the rubber plantations right outside Trat city. The homestay is run by a wonderful family who took care of me and took the time to make sure I was happy during my stay. They were very kind and incredible hosts. I extended my stay by a day as I liked the property. The owner has taken great care to curate the interiors and exteriors of the rooms, and it was a pleasure for me to unwind, read and hang out on the property as well. I loved how the host took discarded items from the neighbouring villages daily and upcycled them as decor. I would love to come back and stay here for longer with my partner in the future. I also rented a scooter from the hosts to go around town, and they gave me many good recommendations.

Safe environment and kind people

Hotel situated in the quiet and peaceful area. It's really safe even I traveled in the day or night. Hotel and facilities surrounding many farms and beautiful scenery from the nature. There're so many attractions around the Baan Hoetier Resort herewith the beach, river, restaurant and grocery. The manager absolutely helpful, I feel really comfortable to asked many questions I didn't know. The room was really confy inside, front yard and the backyard. I willing to hire my friends to visit Baan Hotelier Resort again soon.

Great stay in a beautiful and unique room with a lovely family

Quiet, clean, well-designed, and all the amenities work.

This resort is a nice little quiet, family-run place with only a few rooms. We got ourselves a good night's sleep, and the shower was warm with good water pressure. Mr.Ae, the owner, is a very kind person and speaks good English. We dropped him a message that we would arrive late from Bangkok (around 10 pm), and he waited to greet us with a smile. There is a parking spot at the entrance, and we woke up to birds chirping. Baan Hotelier is great for either a short stay before heading to Leam Sok pier (20 minutes by car) or to explore Trat city.

Location is fine for a night but there is not much around The owner drove us to the pier. 500 Baht for 25min is a bit too much in our opinion.. (we drove to BKK, 7hrs for 3500)

Nice stay and amazing friendly owner

- Super friendly and attentive owner, really outstanding :) - Interesting decoration - Surrounded by nature - sleep with the sounds if the frogs, so lovely - cleanliness - free tea and coffee - owner prepares a yummy, cheap meal on request

- mouldy smell in the rooms - really hard beds - paper thin walls, you hear everything your neighbor does

I'm not that kind of guy who likes to write feedbacks. But this stay was absolutly worth it:)

The owner was very kind and contact friendly. Also he is speaking english. We had nice conversations. He updated without any reason my room to a bigger one. The room was very nice and clean. The Resort was beautiful and so natural. I really can recommend it!

Great stay, no ifs, no buts.

The room was big and tastefully decorated, the bed comfortable and the bathroom spacious and well set. But what was impressive was the owners's welcome. Aside from speaking good English they managed to make us feel at home. Thank you again !
