Everything. Location, wellness and pools, staff and food. Perfect!

I was a bit surprised and sad that the wellness was closing 19:30, especially if you come from a longer hike and want to soothe your muscles and relax, it closes really early.

One of the best hotels I've been with my family

Everything! I rarely give maximum scores to hotels, but this one was really special: you felt at home! The entire staff was extremely well trained, was always ready to help and all the time with big smiles on their faces. We did a mistake in our travel planning and arrived one day too early: they were able to book us a room at a nearby hotel (as Tratterhof was fully booked that night) and offered us to use all the facilities we needed. The food was fantastic, with plenty of options for children and adults, including excellent wine offerings. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the ski pistes (close by and with a free hotel shuttle) were good. After skiing, we could choose between an indoor pool or an outside infinity pool (both heated), family sauna, indoor playroom or cinema for children. Wonderful! Last but not least, very fair value for money for half pension. I can only recommend it!

Superb

Location with the views from the pool areas are simply amazing. Fantastic food at the restaurant as part of the half board.package. Play rooms for the kids and Gym / fitness facilities were great. Stuff was very helpful and great with kids as well

Pleasant

Overall the spa is good and very well equipped, despite the areas are spread over several floors making it dispersive. The staff was very kind. Good breakfast

We booked a "deluxe" suite, but the room was small, with old furniture and overall too simple for the price. Dinner was not that great with a strange menu without typical dishes. When we left we waited 20 minutes for our bags because they couldn't find someone available to take them to the parking lot

Perfect place to stay if you like to spoil yourself all day at the spa and have high quality food

Breakfast was really good. The variety of food was amazing.. lot of fresh local products every day and tasty plates. The location of the hotel is the best to escape from reality for couple days with your partner ti just relax and enjoy yourself! Plus, the view was breathtaking. It felt like being over the clouds.
