Our quiet and cozy home is perfect for cooking a great meal, snuggling up to watch a movie, or playing board games with the family after a hard day on the slopes!

The space

Sleeps up to 10 comfortably:
Bedroom 1 (primary) = sleeps 2 – queen bed
Bedroom 2 = sleeps 2 – queen bed
Bedroom 3 = sleeps 2 - twin trundle daybed
Nonconforming Bedroom 4 = sleeps 2 – queen bed
Sleeper Sofa in basement living area = sleeps 2
Queen air mattress and couch available.

Main floor layout:
- Front door entrance with deck, enters into living room with large picture window and gas fired stove (cranks out the heat)
- Large dining area with room for 10, and wide galley style kitchen
- French doors open to a backyard deck perfect with gas grill and chairs to catch the late afternoon sun before it sets behind Mt Royal
- Bathroom 1: Half bath / powder room
- Hardwood floors throughout main level, tiled bathrooms

Upstairs Layout (3 bedrooms, 2 baths)
- Bedroom 1: Master with queen bed, en-suite full bath, deck off master with Lake Dillon and Continental Divide views (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: Trundle twin size day bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom 2: Full en suite bath for Master Bd
- Bathroom 3: Full bathroom, shared for Bds 2/3

Other things to note

Check-out is at 10am, subject to change, and no late check-outs. We live in a residential neighborhood, and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Snow is plowed when it snows 3" or more, but the steps and deck are not shoveled. Baseboard and gas stove heating throughout the home.

Perfect summer break in Frisco with family

From my first inquiry about the property, Mark, one of the owners, responded promptly and was a great commuter with all of the necessary information about his property. The townhouse was clean, spacious and had an amazing deck with a grill to relax. Amazing views from the front of the house of Lake Dillon. The townhouse had plenty of towels and kitchen housewares. Plenty of space for our family. We didn't even use all of the rooms! Looking forward to staying there again with the family.

Excellent property, fantastic location, well stocked house.

The house is fantastic. It's managed by the actual owners and they were very responsive when there was a minor problem which was addressed swiftly. We have rented many VRBO and AirBnB (in multiple countries) and this was by far the best equipped rental house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (and we cooked full meals 5 of the 7 nights we were there). There was plenty of towels in the bathrooms (and we didn't use but there seemed to be a stock of all possible toiletries). And this is the first house rental we've experienced that had an abundance of disposable paper products like toliet paper, boxes of tissues, and paper towels. Having the two living rooms worked out for our group of 6 people when some people wanted to play cards after dinner and a few wanted to chill out and watch a movie. It snowed 70" whilebwe were there; the snow plow came by several times and there was a sturdy shovel for us to clear the balcony and walkway. Overall this house was fantastic and I would definitely rent it again when we come back to the area.
