It was a guest house with 4 rooms , clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful, he gave us information about Venice. There is a tram station outside the hotel , the T1 to Venice only 18 stations away, we arrive in Piazzale Roma in 35 minutes. Because we stayed all day long in Venice we had our car parked in the hotel ‘s parking . Breakfast ( if you book ) is not big but it was enough, fruits were perfect 👍!! We had a nice 2 nights stay in there .

The only thing we believe it’s necessary for the hot months it’s a small refrigerator. I say that as an advice to get better . And another table to put the suitcase on . The rooms are large so there is plenty of space .

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was clean, the room was cleaned every day, while we were out. Breakfast is small, but nice. Diego who hosted us was very kind, responsive and helpful! I sincerely recommend this place! :)

Very spacious and clean apartment, friendly owner. Convenient location near the tram stop and big supermarket. Located in quiet pleasant district. Super price quality ratio! Great attention to the details.

Great value for traveling into Venice

GREAT location for traveling into Venice. The tram stop is literally steps away. The cigarette shop to buy tram tickets is also close (note, the shop is closed in the evening and on Sunday). The room was great and clean - nice bathroom and big bed, air conditioning. We didn’t buy the extra breakfast so can’t comment on that. There is a bakery and caffe very close within walking distance.

Superb

Very good place for those who want to visit Venice and go to Italy by car. There is privat supervised parking place. Then you can go to Venice easily by tram T1 (about 40 min) operating from the morning till the midnight entire week. The apartment is clear and airconditioned. The host was very kind and gave us helpful travel tips. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The owner was a really nice guy, and being across the street from the tram, but other than that, not a good value Tickets for transport are 200 m from the location

In the room, the room is very hot and unventilated. The rooms are located in the attic and are like greenhouses in the summer. The air conditioning can hardly cope with the heat. The owner enters the room and turns off the air conditioning after you leave the room. There are no restaurants near the location where you can eat. Just a pizzeria without stars and closed all day...opens a few hours in the evening. I didn't eat here, I found something else 3 km away. The bed is uncomfortably curved. Breakfast is non-existent...only 1 slice of cheese and one slice of ham...a cube of butter and a cube of jam, a few slices of tomato (halved)...a cup of milk and a plain yogurt...coffee , water, juice and tea is more. As fruits...a banana and an apple. I have never seen such stinginess until here. There is no refrigerator in the room. It only provides you with a tiny cooler...and it doesn't cool below 10 degrees

The owner was a really nice guy, and being across the street from the tram, but other than that, not a good value

no refrigerator at all to keep anything cold you had to keep the key in the thing for the lights to stay on not even offered coffee in the morning for the price. Should I got a whole lot more?

Good location for public’s transport and free parking. Great staff

The property is a good standard and has free parking. There is a tram stop right outside which takes you straight into Venice in 30mins. The staff are very helpful and resolved a small problem with our room very quickly.

Recently stayed here for long weekend

Had a lovely stay recently. Lovely couple who run the place were very accommodating. The room was very clean but as we were in the loft part it was extremely hot and no air con in October so sleeping was a nightmare. Good location to get around but not much going on in the area like to eat out mainly take away. Nice continental breakfast cannot complain.

Great value for your money

The hotel is located right in front of the tram stop, it was super convenient to travel to Venice. Parking was free and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the room as well was great.

It would be great to see a bigger hotel sign from the main street, as we were lost a bit. The room could have a fridge and glasses.

Excellent Stay at Mestre

Great Hospitality from the host. Nice location with many restaurants nearby. The room was clean and AC was working which was needed as it was peak Summer. Breakfast was also good .

Need to travel 45 mins to reach Venice.

Pleasant stay! Good value for money

It was nice and clean with very friendly stuff. Tram station is very close and it's easy to get to Venice. There is also restaurant across the street with great pizza!

The room was very clean and cosy. The hosts were exclusively helpful so we didn't spent time to discover the region, public transport or restaurants. Convenient and secure parking available. We had a great time in Mestre and Venice.

Great host in a new, well maintained guest house

Great host, bonus ride to Venice was much appreciated when we arrived. We got a ride from the airport for €15 (book in advance). Their great hospitality was very much appreciated. Location was ideal, just in front of the tram station that takes you to Venice in 25 mins.

The pillows are a bit hard...this was easily resolved with a better one from the host. The breakfast is quite basic but overall acceptable. Beware, no salted items, just sweet pastry and toast with marmelade.
