This place has two accommodations. An upper floor condo and a house in the back. The condo is lovely, but we had the opportunity to upgrade to the house. The two bedroom/two bathroom house had everything we needed. The house is situated at the back of the property so it was a little less noisy. The private backyard is amazing! Beautiful botanical garden. Nice patio to relax on and enjoy the day. The kitchen is set up nicely for basic cooking. The location is good. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town and main streets but a nice 10 minute walk to the beach. The on site coordinator, as well as the owners were very nice and accommodating to all our needs and requests!Would definitely stay here again!

Good times in Sayulita

We booked our trip in the last minute, but were lucky that this place was still available. Halo, our contact at the property, was very nice and helped us with everything we needed! Only downside was the shower which didn't always have warm water. But otherwise a very nice place and I would recommend it to anyone coming to Sayulita.

We arrived at night so the alley was dark and we might not have found it if Halo (care taker of property) hadn’t magically appeared. Best to make sure she knows what time you’re coming or have her arrange the taxi so the driver knows where he’s going. In the light of day the condo location is a lot like the rest of Sayulita, houses creatively stashed. We enjoyed being off the beaten path since it was Christmas and basically a constant party. It was perfect to walk 7 minutes to join the party when we chose to. Lots of little meat markets, groceries and liquor stores within 5-10 minutes. 13 minutes from the condo to the beach, but there could be lesser routes we didn’t see. Towels, linens, toilet paper, bottled water, pots, pans, and utensils all provided which made it easy to live and cook. Halo and her husband gave us perfect space but were very helpful when we needed it. They even brought us some natural remedies (oil of oregano, lime and honey) when they heard us coughing excessively. Thankfully it was just a chilli attack. Doesn’t cost much to eat out and even less to buy groceries and cook at home. Hard to resist pastór street tacos. The condo is upstairs which offered a great breeze when you opened up the sliders and windows. Ceiling fans in every room helped a lot too. We felt totally safe in Sayulita. Lots of friendly people. The most dangerous thing for me was possibly tripping because of the distraction of the beauty of the buildings and art everywhere combined with the uneven roads and sidewalks so watch your step. Stock up on pesos before the holidays because the ATMs can run out and you don’t want to be that Gringo who doesn’t respect the local currency. We will go back and we would stay here again if it was available. Now, back to reality. :)Celia, California
