This was a fantastic place - immaculately kept with a great floorplan. Everything was perfect. Conveniently located but isolated from traffic, it was the perfect spot to kick back after a busy day’s adventures. We had a lot of fun in the game area and spent a much time in front of the fireplace. Just a gem of a property! Thanks to the owners for being such gracious hosts and for sharing their special home with us.

We love this part of Mashpee. It’s great for walks, beach days, biking, kayaking and boating. It’s also a short bike ride from Popponesset’s restaurant, bike rental shop, ice cream and more, and a short car ride from Mashpee commons. We had some beautiful days to take care of it all, it also some not so nice days we spent playing pool and ping pong in the basement. The house was perfect for our group, the patio with its gas grill and fire pit was a plus. Perfect score for our host and their house!

Wonderful Stay!
Wonderful Stay!
Had an AMAZING time during our first visit to Cape Cod. The home was beautiful, clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Very open communication with Marc & Tara. They were phenomenal and their home is a true gem. Went shopping at nearby Mashpee Commons on multiple days. Great restaurants nearby, and even had a dream trip, Whale Watching in Hyannis. As a person with very high expectations, this home totally met my expectations and I highly recommend staying in this wonderful home.
