The bright, breezy beach town of Ponce Inlet is just what you have been searching for, your Florida beach vacation. Ideally located across the street from the Halifax River and just a few hundred feet from secluded beach access where you will see no cars or condos and very few people. Whether you want to take in the sun on the sand, surf the waves, launch a kayak on the river, hike tree-covered trails, or have a picnic under the shaded dunes, this home offers a plethora of amenities right outside the door. And if you are looking to go on a short bike ride to the end of the island, you can climb the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse (Florida's tallest lighthouse, but an easy climb for adults and children), walk out on to the jetty, choose from many great local restaurants, explore various museums and science centers with interactive exhibits, climb an observation tower or two, find a tree-canopy covered winding dirt road, and so much more.

Your family will enjoy the open layout, which is bright, warm, and inviting, with the split floor plan of the bedrooms to an oversized Florida room, and a breezy, screened-in back porch. There is enough room to keep your entire family entertained in the family room, with a large flat-screen TV and comfortable couches.
For the adventure that awaits you, you'll find a split plan with the Blue Lagoon Master Bedroom on one side, then the Beach Peach Guest Bedroom, and the Rivergrass Guest Bedroom along with a shared bathroom on the other side of the house.

This place is a gem! We stayed with two dogs for my sons graduation. Beautiful, quiet, and simply perfect!

Great house with quiet location and good neighbors

Very clean and nice place to stay. I wish we had been told the bikes were not available (we could have brought ours) and that both local beach accesses were closed due to storm damage. Also: The den and sitting areas need some table lamps; only having overhead lighting makes reading difficult. And the TV system does not allow the viewing of local network channels (NBC, CBS, FOX, ABC). It needs a small digital antenna on one of the sitting area TV's to allow for receiving those channels.
Overall a very positive place, and we would definitely come back to stay again.

This property far exceeded expectations. With lots of room to spread out and spend the winter months, you couldn’t ask for more. There were so many places to walk and observe nature every morning. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping and just relaxing in the home. Deborah was so easy to work with easing any worries we had before arrival. We would love to book this lovely home in the future!

Location cannot be beat. Short walk to nature trails and the ocean. Spacious, clean home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Deborah is very kind and responded quickly to email/calls. The house is much larger than it appears in photos. Bikes, beach toys, chairs, etc. You won't be disappointed with your choice to stay here!

The house had a lot more room than anticipated, which was perfect for sharing with friends. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Our only suggestion would be replacing the pans - they were very hard to cook in as everything stuck, even with oil/Pam/butter. We would defintely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed the walk through the nature preserve to the beach. We also appreciated all the beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. The backyard is really nice too. We would like to come back again in the future. Thank you.

The walk to beach isn’t bad at all and great places to walk our dog each day and property owner had told us about the lighthouse and dog beach right down the road and everything was wonderful. Definitely would stay at property again, it is a great place with lots of room

Everything was clean and spotless upon arrival, and there were cute homey touches everywhere. The garage was stocked with bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards and such, and a beach cart and wagon. There was an outdoor hose to make cleaning everything off a breeze. In addition to the perfect home itself, the host was super accommodating and communicative. We want to return every year, because Deborah and her home just made our much-needed family vacation the absolute best. Thank you!!!

There is no public beach parking, so the beach was quiet and not overly crowded whatsoever. The home itself is quite large on the inside -- the pictures really do not do it justice. House was awesome, host was great, we felt we were misled about house “being steps from beach” not sure if we will use again being we wanted on the beach. But the size of the house was great. Nicely laid out for a family of 5 ! If u don’t mind driving or a good walk, this is your place!

Florida at its best
We have stayed at numerous VRBO rental properties in the Daytona Beach area and this is without a doubt the very best. The property was super clean and everything about it was first class. Our puppy thoroughly enjoyed the patio and fenced-in yard. We loved the location, location, location.
