About this house rental
Spacious 3 Bedroom home with a private screened in heated pool. A split floor plan offers a Huge Master Suite with King Size Bed, walk in closets, private bathroom including a jacuzzi tub. Master includes 42 inch TV with DVD. Second Bedroom has a Queen and a 32 inch TV. There is a second full bath off the Queen Bedroom that also provides access to the pool area. The third bedroom has two twin beds a 32 inch TV with XBOX. The living room is bright and open and is equipped with a 55 inch TV and DVD player. Pull out couch with a Queen Matress. The living room has a 3 Panel sliding door that opens to the pool creating a great indoor/outdoor space for entertaining. The kitchenette seats 4 at the table and 2 at the bar. Dining room table seats 7 and is great for games as well as family dining.
Less than 10 minutes to beach. Quiet Neighboorhood close to shopping and great bars and restaurants. Downtown Vero Beach is beautiful and fun for the whole family.

House was not as clean as it should be. Couldn't set by the pool due to the bugs eating you alive. I have never had to wash all the bed linens and remaking the beds prior to check out.

The property was lovely and clean! It had all the amenities we needed. The only thing we wished the house had was a barbecue, but other than that it had everything! It was in a prime location; close to shopping centers and beaches. Our kiddos loved the pool! We would certainly stay here again!

This was our 5th year renting this property and it was great for having our kids, grandchildren, and friends to visit and stay during our 18 day rental. The home is bright and comfy with a lovely screened in pool. Owners are very responsive for any questions. 5 ⭐️!!

The check-in process was flawless - the property manager was always prompt with returning my texts. The house was lovely - the decor was very beachy, and the pool was wonderful! Lots of pool floaties were located in the garage as well. The location and privacy of the neighborhood were great as well.
There was a heat wave while we were staying there (heat index of 112) and the air conditioner had a little bit of trouble keeping up, but it's to be understood.
There are some cosmetic upkeeping things that could be addressed in the master bathroom and kitchen, but both areas were fully functional during our stay.
The only troubling thing was the ant problem. We couldn't leave one crumb of any type of food on the counters or it would be swarmed with ants within an hour. The master bathroom had ants everywhere too. I did speak with the property manager about this, and he said he has the house sprayed every two weeks, but it was a bad season for ants at the time.
All in all, we had a great stay. We went to some local restaurants and were welcomed warmly and the food was great.

We went from Germany to Vero Beach in July with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and had a wonderful time.
The house was gorgeous. Lots of space and exceptionally clean. Really everything you need is available. The pool was great! Perfectly neat and clean. There is also an outdoor shower. The beds were comfortable. The house is lovingly and very stylishly decorated in a maritime style.
It is in a quiet and well maintained residential area. We felt very comfortable and safe. In 10 minutes you are at the Beach. A supermarket is right around the corner (2 minutes).
We would definitely love to come back. The communication with Jeff was great. He always answered quickly. We would like to thank you very much for the great time in our "Vero Beach at home"! Thank you so much, Jeff!

We had a great time at this rental. We had our 4 year old and 4 month old and it’s. Very kid friendly home with a lot of added amenities such as pack n plays, pool toys, extra car seat, etc. The home was cozy and perfect for our stay. Thank you!

I can’t believe I debated staying in a one room hotel room. I’m So happy I found this. This house was amazing. I wanted for nothing except maybe a box fan for my white noise. It was so well stocked, more than you will never need. It’s decorated perfectly. The master bed was so comfortable. It’s on the softer side which I love. The pool was fantastic for day and night swimming as it illuminates. I had no problem with ants or bugs. The cute tiny lizards at the pool are had my teen very happy. It’s only minutes to the beach and seconds from stores and restaurants . I absolutely adored everything about this property. The host responded immediately and appropriately to an issue with the master shower not getting hot. He wanted to send someone immediately but we chose to use the other bathroom as it wasn’t an emergency. The shower outside is a great bonus. Only wish we had a later checkout time because it’s a lot of laundry to get done before 10am if you use all the beds. I can’t wait to return!! A+ stay!!! Thanks Jeff!!

This is an amazing home to spend time with your family. The house has everything you need. The beach is a 10 min drive. There is a Pharmacy and a Publix supermarket literally 1 min away which is always good when traveling with kids. We had a lot of fun in the pool. We enjoyed our stay.

We are in the process of looking at this area for retirement in a few years and make several trips to the area a year. The option of staying in a house is nice and actually ends up costing less than a hotel with 3 meals a day out. The house was ready and clean when we arrived, check in and check out were both easy. We did not have any issues but the few questions that came up over our stay were quickly addressed by the owner, never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a response. I highly recommend this property and we will be looking to stay again in the future.
It was really nice to be able to come back to the house after a day of driving around and looking at homes and just be able to grab a drink from the fridge and jump into the pool for a while and unwind without dealing with other people like at a hotel. Well equipped with everything you need to cook meals and very close to the grocery store and Walgreens. There is plenty of stuff for families with children in the house and it is one of the best stocked places we have stayed when it comes to that.
I hate seeing people leave bad reviews over things that they really shouldn't. Not an issue for us, but be aware if it will be for you: The house is clean and well kept and the rental is very reasonable for the house, if you are looking for a house that is remodeled and updated every year or two you need to look at places that are about 3 times the rental rate. The house is not very far from the rail line and Route 1 so you do occasionally hear traffic or trains coming through, not overly loud but you will hear it. The neighborhood is quiet and low key, we did not hear any noise from the neighbors except the occasional lawn being mowed if we were there during the day.

The home is nicely decorated, but the beds should have been made up for us and the house should have been cleaned properly. I had to flush and clean the toilet in the master bedroom, and there was food on the floor and on the spoon rest in the kitchen. We couldn't use the garage, so my car was extremely hot every time my son and I went out.
It was nice to have a pool, but many of the screens were damaged, which allowed the bugs to get in.
After falling asleep on the sofa for about 30 minutes the night before we were leaving, I awoke to a nasty bite on the tip of my finger, which was extremely painful for the next 3-4 days. Both my son and I left, after staying for 3 nights only, with bites on our legs and torso, which we must have gotten while sleeping.
I'm sorry to say that I wouldn't stay here again. I don't like having to leave a negative review, but in fairness to those who will read the reviews and may consider staying at this property, I can't in good conscience say that we would stay here again.
I stayed at 2 other Vrbo properties (1 just before and the other after this stay), and they were both lovely, clean and bug free.
