Five star, clean, four season home in East Falmouth located on a cul-de-sac. Family friendly. It's close proximity to; Menauhant Beach, Bristol Beach, 1.8miles (not walking distance) Bike Path, Green Pond Boat Launch, the Island Queen Ferry to the Vineyard and Nantucket, Falmouth Heights, Main Street Falmouth and Mashpee Commons. Home has 4 bedrooms; upstairs, 1 king and 2 twins, downstairs; king and queen. The house has 3 baths, Mud Room with laundry. Spacious living room/kitchen area with granite island that seats five; great for entertaining! House has CENTRAL AIR. There's a spacious outdoor patio, table and a grill and outdoor enclosed shower.

Beaches that non-residents can use: Menauhant Beach $15 (has port-o-potty) Surf Drive Beach, $20 (restroom) Old Silver Beach, $20 (restroom) Bristol Beach.

**No bed linens or towels provided. Call Auntie Vi's to rent bed linens. They deliver to Falmouth and will leave on the doorstep** The house also has beach chairs and a beach buggy. Bed comforters and blankets are provided, mattresses have a mattress pad. I supply toilet paper and hand soap in bathrooms.

We had a wonderful week on the cape! This home allowed us the space and comfort to enjoy all our adventures. The house was very clean, well organized so everything was easy to find, and all the essentials were provided. Judy was easy to communicate with leading up to the trip and responded to any questions very quickly. We hope to return year after year!

Exceptional property. Our stay from start to finish was perfect. The house is beautifully updated & incredibly clean. Judy was more than kind saying we could arrive early & check out later than the normal time. Location is great, very quiet which was good for our toddler & preschooler! Thank you for a safe & fun vacation during covid 19!

We received communication from Judy leading up to our stay with helpful information. The house was immaculate when we arrived and just as pictured. We had a wonderful week of family time together- cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and playing games on the spacious family room! Falmouth Center is lovely- great restaurants and shops. Beaches were close by and easy to navigate. Needed conveniences were just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Judy!

Highly recommend this property! Place was spotlessly clean which is SO important during these times. Judy responses super quick to any questions. Pretty area & comfortable home for our family of 6 adults. We all had a great time!!

Perfect House!!

Perfect House!!

This house was perfect. It was spotless clean, plenty of room, and a great backyard. It was also very close to beaches and many restaurants and activities including the Cape Cod Winery and Bad Martha's Brewery, which we tried both and enjoyed very much. The owner, Judy was there if we needed (but thankfully we didn't because everything was perfect). I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this home. The owner was extremely communitive and made our stay very easy. The house very is spacious and we were able to have another couple down for a weekend while social distancing (the two king beds are a huge plus!). The house was very clean and all the furniture/appliances were brand new. Lots of household products were left in the house for us to use, which was very helpful. The location was perfect for us, close enough to downtown and all the beaches. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Falmouth.
