Our homey 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is walking distance to the city center, Rupp Arena, and plenty of restaurant and dining options. It includes a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two other small bedrooms - all with new queen beds. The kitchen has new stainless appliances and the living/dining room is a perfect place to gather with family and friends. It is perfect for families with kids, couples or friends traveling.

The property was clean and in a nice little tucked in area close to Rupp Arena. The owner was pleasant and quick to respond. He had great suggestions for things to do around town and was very proactive in check in information. I didn’t have to think about anything during our stay!

Great location for our trip. Apartment definitely needs some updates, repairs, and TLC. Could not use the outdoor space due to broken fence and last fall's leaves on patio. Manager was responsive and helped find us an extra parking spot for our stay. Loved Lexington!

We chose this condo for it's easy access to downtown. We were on the go a lot so we really used it for sleeping and getting ready to go out. The unit was stocked with all we needed. The parking was easy. We contacted the owner once for missing dishwasher pods and they ran them over to us later that day. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer.

Townhouse was comfortable, in the historucc neighborhood. The coffeehouse down the street was lovely. We had to drive to other restaurants and attractions. The home was nice for our group of friends.

The townhouse reeked the smell of old cigarette. Had to go buy plug ins to help with the smell. The microwave door handle was missing completely and it was dirty inside. The townhouse was dusty and unclean.

Came for a golf trip and we had a nice stay! Perfect size for 3 adults. Only a 2 minute walk to a distillery and less than a mile to downtown with lots of fun bars and restaurants. No issues with the house other than the beds were not very comfortable. Very good price though….worth it! Host was very accommodating!

The townhouse was clean and location is very good and safe. We walked to many places and loved the neighborhood. The towels, however, were a disaster...many of them were unusable with large holes/stains. Do feel that this would be an easy but very important fix.

My brothers and myself stayed at this property for the weekend. It was perfect for us as we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. There are great restaurants and cool bars very close. Ben was quick to answer questions and offer suggestions.

This is the second time we have stayed in this property and would absolutely stay again. The location is amazing for any events at Rupp and Lexington Brewing Co directly across the street.

Property could use a little help but overall a great value. Although, we anticipated the property to sleep 8 people, and it could not. The couch in the living room does not pull out into a bed.

Ben's townhouse was in the perfect area for our group to reserve during our 5 day adventure in the Lexington area. He also has another property 2 doors down that our friends were able to reserve. We were walking distance from Rupp Arena, and within a couple of miles to Keeneland and the UK football's Kroger Field. Since our friends also stayed in the complex, it was an easy pickup for the Bourbon Boys who drove us to tour 3 distilleries. The home is definitely a great value over hotel with more room to spread out. Full kitchen had some "extras" like coffee in freezer (we may have lucked out and from previous guest?) and plenty of filters for the full size coffee maker. Also some spices, dishwashing detergent, and plenty of dishes. It has a nice little outdoor area out back with table and chairs. My favorite was the washer/dryer so I could take home clean clothes :-). Showers had plenty of hot water and strong pressure. Communication with Ben before the trip was excellent, as well as with his designated contact for post check out. I would recommend this property and reserve again when we return to the area!

It was a perfect location for us to explore downtown along with being able to go out of town for our family commitments. It was a very comfortable "home away from home" helped by the fact that Ben is a fabulous host. He offered tips and ideas for our visit which helped make it even better.

Not a good impression Cleaners forgot to clean from previous renters I know it happens but it was unfortunate for us. We had to find alternative sleeping arrangements for the night at a local hotel. Still waiting on reimbursement from Vrbo

The townhouse was in a great location. We came to Lexington for a friends birthday so we did some distillery tours and we were less than a mile from the Lexington distillery district. We had a wonder time and Ben was an amazing host who was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

For our craft beer trip of Lexington, we couldn’t have picked a more convenient location. We were within 3 miles of more than 5 breweries including a short walk to Town Branch distillery. The price was affordable and would stay again when the need arises.

This unit was NOT what we expected and we checked into a 2 bedroom hotel for our stay in Lexington. Unfortunately we were not refunded or given back any of our money once we contacted The owner and told him we would not be staying at his property. The carpet and walls are badly stained and the carpet needs to be replaced, the furniture is ripped, dining chairs in disrepair. The light fixtures had dead bugs in them. The bedroom headboards were disgustingly dusty, the toilet seats stained, and the smell of cleaning supplies was overwhelming! This may be a good property for fraternity/college boys, but NOT for family travelers. We definitely felt RIPPED OFF! I would NOT recommend a property owned by this owner. He misrepresented this property in Vrbo for sure!

Ben was great and the location was great.! Our only issue was that we weren’t made aware prior that there was no bathroom on the first floor. A member of our group was 80 yrs old and it became an issue. This info should be known prior to booking.

Perfect for Horse Showing Weekend

The townhouse was just perfect for our group of adults and teens to stay in while horse showing. It was clean and Ben was great to work with. There are 3 bedrooms and a blow-up mattress that we put on the floor in the master so we could comfortably sleep 8. We will stay here again.

My sisters and I were in Lexington for my daughter's bachelorette weekend. The girl stayed somewhere else and we stayed in Ben's condo. The condo was great. The location was perfect. We were a minute walking away from a distillery / brewery. Ben was a great host. He answered all my questions promptly and made some great suggestions of things to do while we were there. Our only complaint was the tiny garbage can in the kitchen. We would definitely stay again.

Great location - even walking to downtown was just a few blocks to restaurants and the local flare. Central to all attractions and highway . The binder was helpful but more teen activists would nice to add.

The town house was one of the best place we have ever stayed! Walking distance to all the major locations , and some wonderful restaurants. Very easy to find , comfortable beds and relaxing atmosphere . Would book again in the future !
