Da hospedagen do quarto perfeito tudo lindo o atendimento foi muito bom.

Pedi uma caipirinha de morango com.saque, porém foi a pior bebida que já tomei, parecia polpa batida no liquidificador e amargo de mais, pedi mais açúcar e mesmo assim veio amargo e nunca vi caipirinha batida no liquidificador

Um hotel no limite do custo-beneficio.

A infraestrutura do hotel é boa. Há opções de atividades sociais na recepção como ping-pong, mesa de pebolim para passar um tempo e um TV Wall com esportes e noticias da cidade rodando durante o dia e a noite. O hotel dispõem de um bar 24h, onde é possível pedir bebidas alcoólicas e não alcoólicas há qualquer momento. Recepção do hotel é bem animada e divertida. Café da manhã é enxuto e atende as necessidades de pessoais normais em dias normais de uma rotina mundana.

O quarto que fiquei é razoável, poderia ser melhorada a qualidade do colchão das camas e a iluminação do quarto que é PÉSSIMA. Há somente quatro lâmpadas de baixa luminosidade no quarto e duas (sendo uma de LED no espelho de baixíssima luminosidade) no banheiro, a qual não possibilita a iluminação do box de banho. A limpeza do cômodo das camas estava bom, porém o banheiro tinha a aparência que foi feita uma limpeza as pressas, pois haviam MUITOS cabelos no chão da hospedagem anterior e também no ralo do box do banheiro.

Preço, pois não foi embutido nem o ISS e nem o café da Manhã. Deveria colocar isso em Letras garrafas e mostrar ao cliente o custo efetivo.

Well located but a bit noisy hotel in the eastern part of São Paulo.

The location is good. Shopping mall nearby. Live music and facilities in the lounge!

1- Train noise throughout the night. 2- Hot water was not hot enough (important during the winter). 3- Breakfast is poor considering the price charged.

Location is very good, close to guarulhos and not far from Moema and jardins

There's no glass partition in the shower, there's a curtain but the floor is not inclined enough to drain the water. Bathroom stays completely wet after a shower

The breakfast was very nice, my children like it and that does it for me.

Passable

I like the guys at the reception and bar especially Lucas and another lady with red hair. My missing purse was returned to me with my money intact.

The WiFi and TV didn't work well, I only had good signal at the reception. The housekeeping was horrible, they didn't change my stained sheets. The rooms are so tiny. I was surprised that it wasn't a bed and breakfast service, I was embarrassed upon check-out when I got a bill of 90$ for breakfast.
